I was sent to Hutchinson Kia by KIA Express factory rep because Jeff Smith Kia could not get my problem solved with the car the mechanics so-called mechanics didn't know what to fix,,,, how to fix and they keep on blowing me off lying to me I called Hutchinson Kia like I was asked you by the factory they responded to me right away brought the car up and they said there was a tracker on it are they really didn't know what was on until we call Jeff Smith Kia they told them it was a tracker Smith Kia told them to take it off,,,,,,long story short Jeff Smith service took the tracker off and took it back to Hutchinson Kia they found the problem......fixed it ,,,,I didn't trust that ev6 anymore,,,,,traded right on the spot for another EV6 on their lot As for me I won't go any other place ,, other than Hutchinson Kia ,,,end of story ,, Bottom line

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

I want everyone to know that Brad Duren the Service Director at RAM in Milledgeville, GA provides excellent customer service and cares about the customer. I recently purchased a new 2022 RAM Bighorn truck that encountered Radio/Navigation issues. We attempted to get things corrected but we ran into some obsticales on the way to getting it fixed. Once Brad was informed he took control and made sure my issue was fixed correctly and quickly. He even went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Brad is a prime example of how all employees in customer service jobs should treat their customers. It was a pleasure working with him and meeting him. God bless him and his excellent attitude.

I bought my used 2017 limited around christmas of 2022. Its now may of 23 and i cannot believe how much i like this thing. Always been a ford truck guy but for a great all arounder....this jeep cannot be beat. I got the 3.6L V6, has alot more giddy up then you would expect, tows my 4200lb trailer with ease, and in my daily driving i average around 22mpg. Snow/off road performance is excellent...its not a 78 Bronco but for a modern SUV its very capable. 10inches of slushy snow riding on street tires it ate it up and asked for more. Its comfortable, drives good, and ive put 7000mi on since december with not so much as a hiccup. Reccommend to anyone looking for an SUV.

What a great experience it was buying my Jeep from Butler Ford in Milledgeville. I was welcomed by Colby when I arrived and let me tell you this young man has a bright future. He was attentive and not overbearing and direct and straight to the point,but best thing about it,he wasn't the old fast talking car salesman that try to tell you everything you want to hear. Now saving the best for last, the manager Ryan Rock was a seasoned professional,he gave me a great deal,had a nice calm demeanor and was a main factor why I purchased my vehicle from Butler Ford. I drove and hour and a half to purchase my jeep and it was a great decision.

I love my jeep! I have reached the 110k mark and there have been no issues with my jeep. I ensure to do the regular maintenance and keep it running like new. There's a reason why the resale value on jeeps is high :) The interior is comfortable and gives you a feeling of luxury without the crazy high price tag. Honestly the only downside to having a jeep is the mpg, but that is what you get with a jeep:)
