I have been going there for years...to sum it up, they always take care of me there. Communication and service standards are excellent! When servicing vehicle, everything is transparent and clear with no surprises.

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

Absoutely love the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4X4, but especially the added equipment on the Sterling edition . I wish they had not made any changes to the 2022. This is my favorite vehicle ever.

my wife and i came in to look at the mini cooper we saw online and we were very happy with the service we were given. I love so much Jeep cars and they are reliable and heavy duty, my concern is about lights I offen replace them, oil cooling system, shocks and water circulation. Other that this is a number 1 car. I love it.

I looked at and drove the car on the last day of 2020. I had heard that dealers will make sacrificial offers just to reduce their inventory as the year was ending. That is not true of all dealers. I drove and loved the 2018 Grand Cherokee SUMMIT but the dealer was not as sacrificial as I needed. We were thousands of dollars apart so I started the new year with my old car!

Love love love my new 2020 Hyundai Kona. They were very lenient with me choosing a car although my credit wasn't the best. Bricia also gave me a whole free year of oil change and I cannot be anymore thankful! So excited, thank you Baha I'm blessed. Happy New Years!

I love my jeep! I have reached the 110k mark and there have been no issues with my jeep. I ensure to do the regular maintenance and keep it running like new. There's a reason why the resale value on jeeps is high :) The interior is comfortable and gives you a feeling of luxury without the crazy high price tag. Honestly the only downside to having a jeep is the mpg, but that is what you get with a jeep:)

I've owned many cars and also been through a lot of leases.After financing a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I figured i needed a safety technology upgrade and leased a 2018 JGC High Altitude. I fell IN LOVE with this car. I normally trade or sell a car within 2 years, but i couldn't see myself giving it up. I ended up buying my lease out and haven't regretted it for a SECOND. It's a gorgeous car, reliable, and comfortable with every bell and whistle except auto pilot.

The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. After extensive searching I found a truck at summit auto center that matched my needs. After deciding to buy the truck, the whole process was actually easier than some local deals I have made. The condition of the truck is outstanding! At 6 years old it is in a condition that one would expect of a 1 to 2 year old unit. I am very pleased with the deal. Love my GC 80th Anniversary Edition. A little over 15K miles and she’s been in the shop 2 times now with a squeaking coming from the engine. Tensioner rod and idle sensor were replaced first, they had it for almost a month. alternator was just replaced, they had it for a week. Picked her up last night, drove her this morning and it’s still squeaking! Very frustrated but hoping to get her fixed!

We special ordered the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. The vehicle is all black inside and out. The paint is a Diamond Gloss Black Metalic. The day after delivery we had the entire finish done with Ceramic Coating. We've had this vehicle for a year and the fit and finish is like new. The Ride is tight and still handles great. Fuel mileage is now 21 City. We're sorry to see they will no longer produce this vehicle!!

2022 Grand Cherokee Overland. Beautiful inside and out. Love the extras that the Overland package provide. Beats EPA milage estimates easily. ride comfort is very good, even in the rear seats.

We were a little nervous about making a 3 hr road trip to look at a Grand Cherokee but, they were one of the few places that had what we were looking for. Which is unfortunatly the reality today. We spoke with Nathan from the interenet who got us all the information we needed and more. Upon arrival James was our salesman. Truely nice guy who explained things about the vehicle and was wonderful about answering our questions. The whole process was smooth. James kept us informed and things moving along. Everyone we encountered from sales manager, to finance, to store manager were very nice and gracious. The only thing that we did not care for is that when a car is sold the music is CRANKED and COW BELLS are rang. but the killer was the horns from the vehicles within the show room were honked right where we were sitting. I get that your creating a vibe but, come on. Its just one little thing that otherwise was a great experience. Thanks so much James!

Bought my first Jeep Grand Cherokee in January of 2022. I was in a wreck where another vehicle hit me and threw me off the road into a ditch. I went airborne and came down hard. It was a miracle I did not flip. All of my driver-side airbags deployed (front and back) and I walked away with minor injuries. This vehicle kept me safe and I will have another one to replace the totaled Jeep from my wreck.

The only negative I have is that the quote for new tires replacement I was previously provided did not include the full cost of doing a wheel alignment or the additional wait time after the tires were installed replaced

Grand Cherokees are awesome everyday vehicles and even better for traveling for up to 3 with room for luggage! The only suggestion I can make is less trim lines of the Grand! I have the Overland HA version!
