These guys are fantastic. Great cars, great prices and absolutely the nicest people with whom you will ever do business. I interacted with four different individuals (Dan was the lead guy) during the course of the decision and sale and they were all easy-going and straightforward. No pressure, just honest dialogue. I took a day to think about the purchase and returned the next day to close the deal. The entire paperwork process took less than 20 minutes. We were beyond impressed with the customer service at this dealership. We had an issue with our financing, and instead of turning us away, they sent us home with the car so it could not be "bought out from under us" while they figured out the issue. The following day, the finance manager and the salesman (Warren) both followed up with me to inform me of what they were doing to solve the issue. Once the issue was solved and we came back in to start negotiating, the salesman was NOT pushy or demanding which was a refreshing change from other dealerships we have dealt with. They were also very kind and patient in dealing with us while my 4 year-old competed for their attention. Warren listened to our concerns, took notes, and got to work immediately trying to address and overcome our concerns. When it had reached the point where he couldn't do any more, he got the sales director, Bryan, involved instead of just expecting us to accept a deal we weren't happy with. Bryan went ABOVE and BEYOND anything I would have expected. My husband was ready to not make the deal, but Bryan brought him back from a "no" to a "yes" without any pressure and without asking him to come away from the terms he was asking for. Once the deal was made, the paperwork was processed very quickly, and they even filled our tank up before we left the lot. I will surely be going back to them if I ever have the need for another car. And, I recommend anyone who is tired of dealing with pushy salesmen who seem to just be in it to make a buck to definitely check out this dealership. They seemed legitimately concerned with making us happy and not just selling us any old car! I am a very demanding consumer, and I always cross my t's and dot my i's before I ever even step foot onto a car lot. They not only welcomed my questions and concerns, but helped me grow my confidence in the decision we were making by explaining all of the "behind the scenes" reasons for the negotiations they were able to flex on as well as those that they weren't. Their transparency, honesty, and patience make them an A+ dealership in my book!

The truck drives so well..has plenty of room..the ZF trans makes engine come alive and is reason it drives and feels so good.. everything seems to be in the right places and ot has a high end feel to the overall drive

I never liked the cherokees. My previous SUV a pathfinder served us well for 13 years. Thought we would be driving another but took a cherokee for a test drive and we were sold. We picked the limited with the six and boy does it move. Regular gas a major plus , all the bells n whistles of the pathfinder and better mileage to boot.

Chris, Tod, and Kenny at the Dixie hwy location did an incredible job helping me find a vehicle and made the process easy for me. The entire experience was great. They had a car running for me when I got there, shook my hand and were eager to earn my business. I brought four family members with me and they made sure everyone was comfortable and they listened to what everyone had to say. They offered me more than anyone else for my trade, went to bat for me on my interest rate, and they were reasonable about negotiating the sell price. The entire process was quick and done the way it is supposed to be done. They were respectful and I feel great about buying from this dealership. I will definitely be purchasing another vehicle from them when it's time and I would refer anyone to them. The staff and company have integrity and I feel great about my decision to buy from them. Oh and I LOVE my new to me Acura :) I have been searching for a car for a month, I've met a lot of nasty salesman that tried to lie right to my face and left a bad taste in my mouth. 3 months after buying an 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was hit and my Jeep was totaled. I was so upset and didn???t think with my horrible credit I???d ever be approved to finance a vehicle but, after speaking with Kelly over the phone I decided to take a chance and to visit her at the dealership. Best decision I???ve ever made. Kelly was beyond patient with me and answered all of my questions. She went out of her way to show me multiple vehicles. As a ???car dummy???, she not only helped me find a car that I never thought could be mine but, she educated me as well. This was my first time buying a car and just so happened to be on my birthday! I drove home a beautiful 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee (with a bonus $50 gift card!). I had an absolute amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!!!

I purchased a pre-owned 2016 Jeep Wrangler 2 weeks ago and included an extended warranty. The day after I purchased it, I went to pair my phone with Uconnect and immediately realized something was not right. Uconnect would not respond as if it was hearing any of my commands. I drove back to the dealership where Chase checked things out and then put me in touch with Kevin Turner in Service. Kevin scheduled an appointment with me. A few days later I came back to drop my Jeep off so Kevin and his team could diagnose the issue. Kevin provided a courtesy vehicle (Jeep Cherokee) and went over all the features and explained Auto Start, etc so I would be comfortable driving the courtesy vehicle. 3 days later he called and said things were ready and good to go. They ended up replacing the mic and since then I have no issues with pairing or using voice commands. 3 days initially seemed excessive but I believe it took a full day to get the replacement mic in. But that was fine with me since I had a courtesy vehicle to drive. Chase and Kevin are always professional too.

This vehicle has everything I wanted. I love that it’s spacious. I’ve always love me the way the Grand Cherokees looked and always wanted one, I’m VERY HAPPY that I have one now! Worth it!

I've been a Cross Motors customer for going on 10 years. Admittedly, I am a bit of a car junkie. In that 10 years I have probably bought 10 vehicles from Cross. I have also been responsible for my parents, ex-wife (we get along), aunt, and nephew buying at least one vehicle from there during this time. I know when I go to Cross, I will not only find the vehicle I am looking for (or they will locate it), but I will also receive an honest price, and without all of the haggling. I have owned 3 Grand Cherokee Limiteds (94, 05 & 2018) and all have been great—I have driven each of the older vehicles over 10 years with minimal issues. The V8 engine performance has always been exceptional and each Jeep has been comfortable, responsive and very reliable. The 18 model is the best one yet—it is the 25th anniversary “Sterling” model, black with silver leather interior and a 5.7 liter “hemi” engine. The technology in this Jeep is state of the art. I love it, have owned it for a year with no issues and will probably keep it 10 years+.

Nice styling- unlike some of the newer, outlandish Japanese & GM crossovers that look like they were designed by Stevie Wonder. . It's a real SUV -as it has as real 4WD with a low range-I can go anywhere with confidence. . Entertainment system and Nav are much more intuitive that that on my Audi. Has huge fuel tank- can go over 600 miles on the hwy.

Extremely smooth ride, lots of power, guzzles gas and plenty of bells and whistles that I never heard of before. Some of them are appreciated; some perhaps no necessary.

This car meets my expectations of comfort, quality, and on off road performance that most other suv's can't compare with. Jeep is comfortable for family and friends, and I can still venture out to areas where others wouldn't take the daily driver they have to rely on to get back and forth.

I leased my Jeep Grand Cheerokee from McGovern!!! The Jeep is amazing. Plenty of leg room. Great convenience features. Plenty of room for my toys...with the seats down I had- My street hockey gear Inline skates, hockey stick and safety gear. All of my fly fishing gear Rods, tackle boxes, waders And my Specialized road bike There was still plenty of room for more!

I need more experience driving the Jeep, haven’t had it to long. It is so much fun to drive it has a lot of power! It is an eye catcher, everyone likes to look at it which makes me smile, I’m real proud of it!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Although I have been happy with my experiences with Don Franklin Chevrolet, I am very disappointed in the quality of Chevrolet vehicles. They definitely don't make them like they used to.

I love my Jeep and I can not rave about it enough. It has taken me down dirt roads, on the highway, and simply down plain old back roads for the two years I’ve owned it and I haven’t had any issues. It handles amazingly in the northeast snow that we have. it is a 5.7L and I get GREAT gas mileage with it- 20-22 mpg depending on backroads/highway speeds. I highly recommend a Jeep Grand Cherokee limited to anyone shopping for a 4WD vehicle that won’t give you a headache. It is very low maintenance (diff fluids every 60k instead of every 30k like a Subaru and spark plugs every 100k- other than that just a cabin air filter/engine air filter here and there)
