Used Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe for sale near Chevy Chase Village, MD

We decided to purchase a couple of Jeeps. Ourisman was the only place that had the model we wanted so I decided to make the trip from NM. I thought is was a crazy idea but with the pandemic going on it seemed fitting to do something crazy. I had pleasant experience. So ended up buying 2 Jeeps and because the transport was 2 months out I flew there twice. The guys are fantastic. The price we agreed on is the price I paid. People should be able to understand the advertised price includes incentives they might not qualify for. It is the name of the game. But look at the bottom line and likely the price from Ourisman will be better than the rest. The sales person was great and Younes, the general manager, as well as Simo, the sales manager, make the buying experience pleasant.

I love this car! We chose the Summit and it's elegant, roomy and has plenty of gadgets and features. Great EV for local errands! Love the comfort (massage, heated, cooled seats) the large, clear control screen, the windshield info, and the ability to customize displays to the driver's preference.

We could not have had a better experience with Chris Ogene! Chris is different from other car dealers, as he is not only selling you a car, but prides himself on catering your experience to being as positive and easy as possible. Chris listened to our wants and budget, and was sure to suggest and carefully curate the best options, but never forced or rushed us in any direction. I have had several hybrid SUVs, Lexus and Mercedes, and this is at the top of the list for me. The hybrid drive is seamless, smooth, and responsive at all speeds. This is the largest hybrid SUV I have owned and yet, it is the most fuel efficient. Amazing mileage around town (50+ mpg) and highway cruising with the little 4-cylinder is very efficient. At highway speeds the transmission keeps the small internal combustion engine from working too hard but when power is needed for passing the combination of torque from the electric power plant along with the turbocharger provides instant responsiveness. Inside, the SUV is roomy and luxurious. The finishes benefit from the Italian roots of the owners to provide a beautiful harmony of design with soft supple leather and rich hardwood trim. The electronics work extremely well from the MacIntosh sound system to the driver assist and lane-keeping features that virtually drive the vehicle for you. The seat air conditioning and built-in massagers make even long driving trips relaxing. Yes, there have been some recalls, expected in an early edition of a new model. The only negative has been in servicing the recalls. Jeep dealers are still basically just old Chrysler/Plymouth/Dodge operations that are not prepared to handle high-end vehicles and the customers they attract. Too few technicians, and poor scheduling between the service writers and the shop. The service waiting areas are designed for truck drivers not owners of luxury automobiles. Stellantis may have upgraded the vehicles to a much higher level but their achilles heel is the dealer service network.

I'm a low mileage driver. This is the most comfortable vehicle I've ever owned. More features than I need but love the comfort. The air cooled and heated seats are amazing. The seat massage is great. Sound system is amazing. Everything about this vehicle is amazing. Had it nearly a year and only put gas in it four times. Most of my driving is local so I use the electric mode a lot.

The visit for service was uneventful. I waited, informed of what was needed & when it would be ready. Had a cup of tea, finished emails and then my car was ready.

Jeep has really stepped up their game.. I’ve had Mercedes for about 8 years now. I went from a C43 to this and I must say.. the interior is actually nicer. I went with the Summit Reserve fully loaded. Beautiful exterior as well, plenty of space (I have a large golden retriever) and the gas mileage is equally impressive. I love everything about this vehicle.

First class service from drop off to pick up. It was a first to receive a video of my car in the bay for its servicing that began with a 32 pt inspection. I was able to track the status and was ecstatic to receive a text and phone call that my car was ready for pick up exceedingly below the estimated time quote. Ourisman Jeep provided transportation fro and to and when I arrived my Jeep was out front sparkling from being hand washed. I cannot say enough about their customer service at every point of contact. (Roxy Rocks and I surely appreciated the kindness from each member of their team.) And the finale, my Jeep is running great! She is quite the jolly Jeep. I am most impressed with Ourisman Jeep and highly recommend them.

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He sat down with me, human to human, and connected with me on a personal level while trying to get me into the car of my dreams. Thank you Roman!! The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He was so incredibly patient with me while I asked a million questions and he took his time clearly explaining everything in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. I cannot speak more highly of them! When it’s time for a new car I know who I will call. I am a customer for life now!!

The new 4xe is very well designed. Performance is great. Can’t believe the acceleration in electric mode. Interior is very comfortable and functions well except for not being able to use Car Play on the the in-car hotspot. Kind of defeats the main reason for having an in-car hot spot! Our disappointment however is in charging. It is difficult to find public chargers at convenient locations where we are traveling and also very slow. (Over 2 hours to get 25-30 miles of driving.). Also cost of charging is not really as economical as originally thought. Few free chargers available. Our in home charging cost is around $2.85 and public charging is about the same on average. This compares to our current cost of $3.50 a gallon in Florida. The savings is just not worth the long wait to charge on a long trip. However the savings on short trips using in home electricity is good, but just not a huge monthly savings. If Jeep can improve charging capabilities in future years it could be an excellent vehicle.

I am writing a review of this dealership based on my experience dated 02/15/ 2025. I purchased a 2025 pacific on Saturday. I had been in contact with the salesman Taz and several manager over the phone and e mail in hopes of making my time at the dealership as quick as possible. even though I had prearrange before I got there as much as possible, I had selected the vehicle and verified that it was there and told them what type of transaction, I arrived early at 10:30 am in hopes of leaving before the weather turned bad. I asked several time that I wanted to leave soon, but I could not leave until 5:30 in the evening when it was pouring down rain. My best experience was with The salesperson, Taz who assisted me every step of the way as much as he could. He is a true credit to the dealership and I really appreciated his help along the way as I am an elderly disabled vet. He made sure that my vehicle was prepped and transfer of my equipment was done WAJ

On Friday 8 December 2023 I took my car to Oursman Jeep in Bowie , Maryland. For whatever reason the computer would not recognize the key when trying to initiate ignition. At Ourisman Jeep the service advisor , Mr. David Valenzuela, listened to my concerns and, at no point, did he interrupt allowing me to to clearly present the problem. He asked me a handful of questions to narrow down the possible cause of the problem . A short time later he decided it was not the car itself but the fob battery. He replaced the battery in both of my fobs : problem solved! I certainly was impressed with how he deduced what the cause of the was. As impressive as the problem solving was , what was equally impressive was his command of "Customer Service 101". Eye contact, respect for me as a customer/ human being and not as "the guy with the malfunctioning Jeep". He was patient to a fault. Great example of "just getting the job done the right way". 5 stars, at least.

Was a very efficient process, everyone seemed nice and I felt I didn't have much to worry about. Had a concern with vehicle's battery - they replaced it and allowed me to get it inspected at their Honda dealership, just to make sure everything was in place. 2 months in so far and no car troubles - I'd recommend this dealership to anyone in the area.
