After purchasing my 2023 Jeep Compass Trailhawk on December 23rd, 2024, as a replacement for my totaled 2013 Nissan Rogue, I was hit with an unimaginable situation: my new vehicle was stolen just days later, on December 30th, 2024. To make matters worse, it was recovered on New Year's Eve with significant damage, including a busted driver's side window and electrical issues from the vehicle being hotwired. After submitting my claim to State Farm, I was advised to contact a Jeep dealership for the repairs. From the moment I reached out to Lynn, she was incredibly understanding and took the situation into her capable hands. She accepted the tow of my vehicle to the dealership on January 2nd, 2025, and assured me that her team, including their expert automobile theft recovery specialists, would take care of everything. Lynn went above and beyond to manage all aspects of communication with my insurance company, from estimates to appraisals and approvals, always keeping me updated along the way. While it was assumed that my vehicle would likely be deemed a total loss due to the severity of the damage, Lynn advocated for a different solution. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, my Jeep was saved. The repairs, although delayed due to weather and parts availability, were completed with such precision and care that when I finally picked up my Jeep on February 13th, 2025, it ran like it was brand new. The attention to detail and professionalism displayed by Lynn and her team were unmatched, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. Had a rear end collision with it a few days ago. Handled it well. Car that hit me, as I was standing still a traffic light must have been going 40-50 mph. My car took the brunt of the crash, sparing me I am sure. If totaled, will look at same manufacturer.

The car was purchased in August 2021. I average less than 9,000 miles a year. I have had one service since the car was purchased. I am very pleased with this SUV. It hits all the points that we need, seating for 7, towing my small boat 3200.lbs, motor cycles and off road vehicle, enough power for my needs from the 3.6L V6 and a comfortable ride. I enjoy all the safety features, Blind Spot and Cross-Path Detection. Pedestrian/ Cyclist Emergency Braking, GPS Navigation, Headlamp and Rear Load-Leveling Systems and the Full Size Spare Tire etc, ensure a safe and pleasant trip. The Trailer 7 and 4 pin Harness comes in handy for you don't have to look for a adapter. The Dual-Pane Panoramic Sunroof is a pleasure have and use. The 9 Speaker with Subwoofer 506 Watt Amplifier sends enjoyable music throughout the cabin. There are three areas of concern, that at this price should have been addressed. There is not enough padding in the bottom seats of the drivers and passengers seats. During a long trip, it becomes uncomfortable. Another concern is with the wind noise that starts at 40-45 MPH and increases to 65-70. In addition the front interior dash padding feels cheap. They could have done a better job at this price to address these issues, especially the wind noise from the door gasket. My previous vehicle a VW Atlas did a better job at a much lower cost.

Brian has provided me the best possible service for years and it's willingness to do things the "right way", and in a manner that he keeps the consideration of his customers in mind. I am never disappointment with the service repairs that I have received. Brian goes the extra miles, provides outstanding customer service and just a trustworthy person. I purchased mine back in September. It’s much roomier than the Acura RDX I had. It rides smooth and extremely comfortable. Nice and roomy for road trips.

I read the reviews, considered all the good and the bad and still took a chance. Found a local person familiar with the type of car for a PPI. They di fix the AC on their dime. The car did have a minor accident on the drivers passenger door, not reported on the Experian report. This was not a deal breaker for me. I chose to fly out of state to make sure I got the title in my hand. Everyone was pleasant to work with from the moment I contacted them. I took one star off only because I arrived around 10:30am and wasn't able to leave till 4pm. I drove the car 500+ miles home without any problems.

The car handles very well in all situations. I love is because it feels great, reasonably priced and safe to drive around with the family.

As always, the dealership does top quality work and I am very pleased with the job they did for my 2021 S585 sedan. I was especially impressed by the video of the proposed repairs and maintenance work - a new service that worked out very well. One aspect of this visit however could stand to be improved. It took 2.5 days to return my car to me, largely due to the unavailability of a check out driver to validate that the car was ready to go - at least that's what I was told.
