Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

Great SUV with 3rd row seats and captains chairs in the middle. It drives so smooth for being a larger SUV. Surprisingly it has been great on gas for me. The exterior is so sleek and looks incredibly high end. The interior is true comfort and the Jeep brand has definitely thought of everything. This has been my favorite Jeep by far.

Having been driving 45 years, I would say having to purchase a new car is one of my least favorite things in the World to do. The trepidation and motivation to take the first step into a dealership can be paralyzing. The thought of living in Europe were walking or bike riding or a fast rail pass seems like a more viable option then venturing into a Car Dealership. Fortunately, I was introduced to Mehmet Edipov right away and it was like meeting up with an old friend. Although there were issues on my end with unlocking my credit report and transferring and setting up my new car with my car insurance Mehmet worked thru all the issues with patience and skills. I moved up to the Nanuet area 24 years ago and needed a new car and Consumer Reports magazine ranked Honda very high, so I went to DCH Honda of Nanuet and purchased my first Honda. There are choices in Life you make, some that are a good and some that are bad. Choosing DCH Honda of Nanuet 24 years ago was a smart choice. Thank You Mehmet !!!

Great improvement on previous model. Third row seat is terrific. Off road capable with luxury throughout. Big tech improvement over previous model with upgraded infotainment and digital display. Impressed with V6 given its capabilities & minimal noise in the cabin.

Salesman Tony was wonderful and went out of his way to meet my expectations and find the car I wanted. Mike handled finance and was very helpful and friendly. All in all a very satisfying experience. This is my second car from this dealership am I will come back again.

Purchased a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland model. Has every option but the 5.8L engine, tow package and second row displays (entertainment, etc). There is so much I like about this Jeep and only one thing that is niggling (well maybe two). Fit,Finish,Quality is hard to surpass! Especially for the price ($69K). My son and daughter in-law drive Audi and BMW SUVs and they don't have all the options I have and they paid more. The Overland is a good value as you get standard some almost all the options. I LOVE the air suspension and how it will lift the body up depending on what mode you are in (and you can set manually the height) and then lowers to enable you to enter/exit the Jeep. I LOVE the "thermo vision". You can see up to 238 feet (according to the Jeep) and anything giving off heat will display on your driver console. Heavy rain, night driving, driving in fog, etc is no issue as you can see what is ahead of you if you can't see it through the windshield. All cars should have this. I LOVE the Heads Up display (again something that should be standard on all cars). I LOVE the front passenger display that is above the glove box. I especially love the NAV option where my wife can be looking at the same NAV I am seeing on the driver console and/or 10.5" center display. She can look for places (gas stations, places to eat, etc) and then send it to my NAV display with the routing. COOL! What I am not enamored with is the MPG. Averaging 23 MPG (town/highway/freeway traveling), BUT knew this going into getting the "L" with the V6 engine. THIS IS A LARGE Jeep! But, if I could not afford the gas prices (even now) I wouldn't bought it to begin with so....the other thing (which will be covered by warranty when I take it in for the first oil change) is that a couple of "buttons" on the center console display act "wonky" sometimes...like hit the Media button and nothing, hit is again and it says "Media button selected" and then hit it again to bring up the Media display (finally). It is the on "button" on the center console 10.5" display that acts up like this....oh, the Assist button in the overhead is not working right. Push it, center console display brings up the Roadside Assistant, Vehicle Check and another one I forget right now...you are suppose to select one of them and it calls a person up (sort of like ONSTAR but Jeep calls it Jeep Assist). Doesn't work (the SOS button does...don't ask me how I know.....). HOWEVER, you can select the Jeep Assist button on your 10.5" display and it brings up the Jeep Assist buttons and they work (will dial). Jeep Technical Service doesn't know why so will be a dealer resolution. There is so much more I can talk about on this Jeep. I love the ride! Can't say how much better than our 2016 Jeep Cherokee we had (traded it in). Jeep could get away with calling it a Jeep Gran Comfort vice Grand Cherokee. You have to go see one before you go look at BMW, AUDI, CADILLAC, TOYOTO, etc. Might change. your mind about what a Jeep can be (plus you get excellent off road mud/sand/snow/rock options with the 4x4.

Pushing 60, and this time around wasn't my first car-buying rodeo by any means. Our family has bought/leased over 8 vehicles from Rockland Nissan (after always shopping around) in the pas 17 years. EVERY TIME we rolled out of there we thought we got the deal of the CENTURY...... but this time was different. My hopes were not high. I'm now a Disabled Vet, and while everyone is appreciative, you don't take home much of a paycheck. I had a 10 year old 125,000 mile trade in and NO CASH in my pocket, so I didn't expect to get much better than a upgraded used car on my budget. Then....... Tim O'Keefe to the rescue, Seal Team 6 Style....... BRAND NEW NISSAN SENTRA SV with all the gadgets WITH TWO YEAR MAINTENANCE... LESS THAN $219 a month, NO CASH DOWN!!!! Just when you think it can't be done, ROCKLAND NISSAN CAN. Just tell them what you want and what you can do a month, and they will work with you till they get it done!! EXCEPTIONAL!!! Still pinching myself........ :-)

Purchased a 2022 Summit Reserve L on March 2, 2022. The vehicle is a stunning piece of mastery. The V-8 is powerful, the ride is so comfortable and the front massage seats are wonderful on long drives. The quality of the interior is outstanding. At a price of $ 72,000, this vehicle is $ 17,000 less than the BMW X7 fitted with a V-6 no less. The dependability of this Jeep is higher that Mercedes Benz GLS and $ 21,000 less in price. Go for the top of the line Summit Reserve if you can afford it, though I test drove the Limited and found the results to be the same as the Summit Reserve...Jeep definitely has a winner here.

Found my 2020 Ram at Bill Volz thanks to Cars.com. I was able to shop to find the RAM I wanted, focusing on a 3.92 Rear Axle. I was able to view the original window sticker for the car. Sales pitch was low pressure, not loke the other dealers I visited in my hunt. Bill Volz has been around for a long time, suspect they will remain in business for years to come.

My wife's car was about 6 months away from end of lease and she decided that she drives too many miles and would like to buy her next car. So we decided to start looking. We first went back to our Mazda dealer and told them we were looking for a used car and gave our budget. We were basically told they didn't have any used vehicles (really?), and that we should wait and see if any promos run. I used to drive Altimas (I had 3 - last one in 2010) so I suggested she look at that car and we went to Rockland Nissan. We were immediately greeting by Michael, new to Nissan, but very nice and professional. After discussing what we wanted and that we didn't think we could get one right now, he looked at inventory andour budget, and found us a car we could get. So we agreed and filled out the paperwork - the only real hiccup was when we spoke to their finance manager - the monthly fee was higher than we were promised. The issue was my wife was over in miles on her lease so Tim O'keefe (the main guy there) came in, sat with us and in no time we had a deal at a price we were happy with.We got a 2017 Altima 3.5 SL with only about 35k miles for a very fair price. My wife LOVES the car and we couldn't be happier. Fast forward to the next day - she noticed some damage on the front bumper that wasn't disclosed. Perhaps no one noticed, but we took it back and without a thought, they agreed to fix it for free. Now I was so impressed with Tim that I told him (jokingly) I have about a year on my Mazda 6 and I'd love to get a new Altima. He asked me to come in the next day and he'd find a way to get me what I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. So i showed up early in the morning and Tim introduced me to Dave. A very experienced and excellent sales person - one of the best I've met in the industry. He was honest and patient and we went over everything I wanted. He showed me a few models and I fell in love with the 2019 Altima SL in Storm Blue (really nice color - looks almost black). We went back over to Tim and before I knew it, we had a deal. The only negative thing is I was there for six hours before I left with the car. They were very busy and I believe a bit understaffed. I have to say though, I LOVE this car and could not be happier with how I felt taken care of. This dealership treated me like I was their top priority (except when I had to wait for a while) and the overall experience was fantastic. 2 days - 2 Altimas. I'll be going back there for sure. Great place to take you car for service I did a 40k mike service on my Jeep Wrangler I came out from dealer my Jeep was running better than before I was very satisfied with service and customer service was top of line,Kenneth wa las excellent at explaining everything he will do to my Jeep call multiple times to keep me posted.The price was fair,i rather have professionals to work on my car than anybody else.

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership in factory ordering my vehicle with “Manny”. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking to buy a Jeep, this is the place. Only takeaway is when I took delivery of the vehicle. The PDI team needs to pay attention to detail, insuring the interior is dust off and adding tire shine to make the car shine when you walk down the steps delivery day.
