Dear all....while shopping for a Ram 3500 work truck I met Mike Stefanik. Not being a technological whiz he talked me through how to order our truck. This was 16Jan22. We took delivery on 13Jun22. Mike was a joy to deal with. I promised him that I would not "bug him" and I did not. On his own he tracked our truck and kept me updated. He didn't have to do this. We're going to be shopping for a replacement SUV for my wife's aging Ford Edge. Take a wild guess who we'll reach out to? Special mention....Roland De La Rosa the finance manager. I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund.
