They made me feel like they cared about me, not so much the sale. I was very happy with Jason Wiles. He didn't mind helping us out and just being there as a person, not as a salesman. He was down to earth, helpful, and friendly. He made sure that I was comfortable with everything before I left the lot before I left with my new car. He took what has always been a horrible experience for me and made my shopping experience one I actually enjoyed. I will definitely be back to them whenever the need for a car arises again. I drove about an hour to see the car I wanted, and I was not disappointed. The car was ready for a test drive. The transaction process was also very pleasant and the service was very good.

I received exceptional service from Aaron in the repair department at Randy Wise Clio. After an accident he assisted me through the paperwork, spoke up on the disparately of the quote by the insurance assessment versus the reality of the hours and parts needed to return my vehicle to its original state. He helped me attain a loaner car during the lengthy process in getting the bodywork done. I cannot say enough about the courtesy, the communication and the effort put in by this exceptional young man. Dylan Osborne was my salesperson. He was quick to reply to my vehicle inquiry. Once we moved forward, I was mostly happy with my service. I misunderstood and thought LoJack and warranty was included in the price as I was not given any price until I saw paperwork. They did come down on delivery price and overall, I am very happy with the Expedition we purchased. One issue I did have was it came with a smoke smell which was not disclosed and I am very sensitive to that. They did purchase an ozone generator which removed the smell and thus far I am very satisfied.
