Excellent family vehicle! The third row still provided enough storage room in the back for groceries. You can lay it down and it has a significant amount of more storage room. Very comfortable and smooth ride!

Just completed an ten hour round trip to view and purchase a vehicle from Cullman CDJR. Found the vehicle to be as described. The salesman, Tim, made us feel welcome on arrival. Had all of the paperwork in order for my purchase. In and out in about an hour. No high pressure. Entire staff was very attentive and made us feel appreciated. Would definitely buy from them again.

They've kept me informed about the disposition of the vehicle as they perform maintenance on it to make sure it is in good shape to be sold. Still waiting to hear that is ready. Whether this works out or not, I'll keep checking their inventory to see if another wheelchair van is available.

The deal was pretty much trouble-free, and I got 4% under invoice pricing on the deal. I had to fly up to Granger Iowa from Houston TX to pick up my truck. So far, the truck has run beautifully with no problems. I would recommend this dealership, specially if looking for the absolute best pricing possible on a vehicle.

The dealership represents outstanding customer service as my personal experience dealt with several employees, but the most outstanding individual was Annamarie Sandoval-Friedenstein. Her professionalism was above and beyond any expectations. Although my special order took 6 month for delivery, she kept me informed of the status on a regular basis. That was unexpected and pleasant.

Annie was excellent. She helped us find the exact car we wanted and made sure it was gone through and cleaned. The entire process was fast. When a minor issue came up she resolved it immediately. I went to my local Dodge dealer near Santa Monica, and apparently they were too busy to help. Talking to them, they didn’t seem capable of doing anything other than changing the oil on cars, or selling them way over MSRP. I have been putting off getting my car serviced for a while as I had been dreading the car dealer service ‘experience.’ I need not have worried. I was met at the Ellis service entrance at the time of my appointment by Jerry the manager. It was a great welcome and he was super helpful and positive. He made had sure I knew exactly where to go. I then proceeded to the service desk where I was met by Eder. We d discussed a few things that my car needed and did the paperwork. The service really was amazing and really fast. A few hours later Eder called me and went through the specific list of things that needed doing. He managed to get most of it covered by the warranty, and gave me the choice of what was and what was not essential of the remaining items. He gave me a fair set of options and prices. It was also great to find out that Eder is really knowledgeable, it like I was speaking directly to the mechanic. Throughout the process, the communication by text and phone was really fast and impressive. I seriously wish my local dealer was as good as the guys at Ellis. Fortunately, I am happy to travel to the other side of town to have these guys look after my car. The level of service and the quality of work was exceptional. Although the wait time was not expressed accurately at the time the appointment by phone was made our service representative took care of us and provided an Uber. He was excellent and made up for our initial frustrations.

After looking at car options online we decided to inquire about the 2025 Honda Civic. The initial call to the dealership was positive - the salesperson indicated the car was available and would be placed out front for us. After a test drive with our knowledgeable salesperson, Hasn, we discussed numbers. He was upfront, personable, and worked with us on an agreeable price. This is our second Honda and we will continue to buy this make. Highly recommend!
