Excellent family vehicle! The third row still provided enough storage room in the back for groceries. You can lay it down and it has a significant amount of more storage room. Very comfortable and smooth ride!

Worked with Matt to test drive a Gladiator I had researched online, I had a few moving parts in my deal I was working through. He was patience was appreciated, ZERO pressure!! I met Abs, to talk through what I was looking to trade, etc. he was transparent and open with what he could do to help me with my purchase. He’s a solid young man!! When I took delivery working with “Dan the finance man”, offered alternatives BETTER, than what I was planning to bring to the table, the process was effortless. We all don’t “enjoy” the car buying experience but the fellas at Burtness have a great operation and we will be back for my wife’s Grand Cherokee later this year!!

All in all this was a very pleasant car buying experience. Tom Dempsey, the owner of the dealership, personally found me the car I was looking for at the price I could afford. Elijah then took over and did an amazing job showing us how to operate all of the electronic features this car has. He was extremely professional and patient and he walked us through everything. I'm writing this review because my buying experience at Helfman Alfa Romero and Maserati was the best car buying experience I've ever had my in my life. John and JJ treated me like I was family from the minute I walked on the lot. And Cameron in financing worked miracles to get me the lowest interest rate possible. My entire buying experience was absolutely amazing. I highly suggest if you're looking for a new Dodge, Jeep, Alfa Romeo or Maserati that you stop by Helfman first. This dealership is by far the best in Houston Texas and you will no longer want to buy a car anywhere else. This is going to be my dealership for the rest of my life.

Process was incredibly simple and Blayne (salesman) and the finance group were awesome. I was coming from out of state and they were able to accommodate me and I drove my truck home within 45 minutes of getting there. I can’t recommend them enough!

I purchased a used car from Sierra Mazda sight unseen, a six-hour drive from my home. I described my trade-in and they provided me a valuation contingent on it passing their inspection. I was worried that after I'd invested the time of the drive that the dealership would take advantage of its sunk-cost-customer and make amendments to the verbally agreed upon deal. E.g., "your trade-in is less pristine than we accounted for and we'll need to de-value your trade-in." To my delight and surprise, this did not happen. Robert (salesman) and Annie (paperwork specialist) processed the trade-in and purchase with utmost integrity and efficiency, getting me in and out of the dealership, on the road again back home, within an hour. I was so very pleasantly surprised to find a car dealership that was true to its word and not out to squeeze every last dollar from a vulnerable customer. I heartily recommend them for their demonstrated business ethic.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Keep up the great work Jamie and Bettenhausen!
