We had negotiated a great price on the new vehicle O selected, as well as my trade prior to my arrival. Financing was completed as well. I arrived and was done and out the door in under 30 minutes. This dealership and its staff far exceeded any vehicle buying experience I have ever experienced or imagined. Excellent family vehicle! The third row still provided enough storage room in the back for groceries. You can lay it down and it has a significant amount of more storage room. Very comfortable and smooth ride!

Pulled thru as I only had 30 minutes to look before appt and saw Truck I liked. Told Ben price and what I wanted for my trade in as I wanted low pressure in and out fast. He did that exactly and I was back in and out in hour. Took longer to transfer items from my truck to new Truck. Ben was great listener and did Great Job!! Well worth the visit!! Satisfied!!

While traveling across country (650 miles from home) in my motorhome, alone with my 2 dogs, I incurred damage to my RAM tow vehicle. The tow truck driver suggested taking my truck to Kirk/Sunset in Grenada, MS. which was another 20 miles down the road. Lucky for me!! ROGER POYNOR, Service Manager, was a God send! He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. I was extremely upset and Roger assured me he and the folks at Kirk Sunset would do everything they could to help me and get my truck repaired. During the 45+ days, Mr. Poynor frequently called to update me on the status of the parts needed for my extensive repairs. He was very helpful in communicating with the insurance adjuster to my advantage. The folks at Kirk Sunset are exemplary employees and again I can't thank Roger enough for all he did to help assure this ole woman traveling alone, that everything was eventually going to be okay!

Looking for a truck for my son and found one at Holiday Ford in Whitesboro, unfortunately it sold, but Ty called and guaranteed me we’d find one that would work. He sent me to Husky and we worked out everything on the phone and were planning to go pick it up. Before we could, my son had to self quarantine due to COVID 19.
