I always have a pleasant experience when I bring my jeep for service. Jose goes way beyond the call of duty to make sure my jeep is fully serviced as I requested and to let me know if something else needs attention.

After reading all of the reviews about Clear Lake Dodge, I was a little apprehensive to travel 50 miles on the off chance that the Ram I wanted would be gone or just sold. Quite the opposite, it was there on Saturday and the Sales Director (Cindy) had the keys with her when I left Conroe on Monday. As soon as we walked in the doors, TJ Boyd worked with us and got the price where we wanted it to be. Delivery was a little longer than one would expect but the PDI was longer due to all of the inspection items they ran though on our 2021 2500. We give them 5 Stars because they earned it.

Just had my windows tinted, fast and nice job. Having a problem getting the garage door system to work but they are trying to help with that. Nice truck and I would highly recommend!!

The mechanics or management can?t seem to find the problem so I won?t be taking back there for service. I will use another facility closer to where I reside. The salesman John Staten is the BEST!!! I look forward to doing business and making referrals to him.

It was a long 5 months (due to back ordered parts) but DeAnthony made it such a breeze. He gave me weekly updates, answered all my questions thoroughly, when I needed a rental, he got it for me with no problem and had some of the best customer service I?ve ever experienced. I will always be returning for any services my jeep may have. Your mechanics are so detailed, they made sure all issues were fixed before they released my truck. Yes my mom took my jeep renegade (2022)to Helfman Dodge service on Silver road . When i say they did a wonderful with cleaning the outside, rotated the tires and oil change. Melissa was very friendly and courteous the other staff was as well. Thank you guys Stephanie Ingram

I'm writing this review because my buying experience at Helfman Alfa Romero and Maserati was the best car buying experience I've ever had my in my life. John and JJ treated me like I was family from the minute I walked on the lot. And Cameron in financing worked miracles to get me the lowest interest rate possible. My entire buying experience was absolutely amazing. I highly suggest if you're looking for a new Dodge, Jeep, Alfa Romeo or Maserati that you stop by Helfman first. This dealership is by far the best in Houston Texas and you will no longer want to buy a car anywhere else. This is going to be my dealership for the rest of my life.

Issue with my ac & tail gate latch. Korey the service advisor was awesome at making sure all was taken care of. I would highly recommend them.

Oil change and wash were done faster than promised. Not needing an appointment is a plus. Waiting area is comfortable. Personnel were all friendly and helpful.

Mr. Lorenzo was very professional and very helpful. There was not a long wait. Everything went very smooth. He answered all my questions and helped me understand the process.
