Notes on the multi point stated my vehicle needed a lot of service, but none were explained. The receipt mentioned the rear differential but also not explained.

The few minutes that I spent with the dealership was very good and it would be better if I could see them in person and look over their inventory I know that they have a vehicle that will fill my needs

Recently went looking for a new Chrysler Pacifica and decided to go back to the dealership I last bought from. I had purchased a 2017 Pacifica Ltd. that was certified pre owned and had enjoyed it the whole time I owned it. Decided to look into a new Pacifica Ltd as well as their Plug in Hybrid, decided to go with the Pacifica Ltd with a tow package. Saw the Ad from Rick Hendrick in re a Porsche Cab for sale on Facebook. Good price, good looking car. Bought it and the experience was delightful. My experience with this dealership went well. I had to wait a while to receive my floor mats but the salesman and dealership were very professional.

CJ was a blessing for my wife and I. Helped us find the perfect car. We ran into an issue with one of the features before signing with finance and CJ went to bat for us to ensure we were taken care of. I’m not typically a dealership guy but I would come back to work with CJ again.
