Excellent family vehicle! The third row still provided enough storage room in the back for groceries. You can lay it down and it has a significant amount of more storage room. Very comfortable and smooth ride!

We rarely write reviews but felt we should in connection with our recent purchase at AutoNation Jeep in Carlsbad. We worked with James Benway in purchasing a Jeep Wrangler and had a VERY POSITIVE experience. We had not purchased a car for 8 years so a lot with cars had changed. James explained all the features re the Jeep, researched other vehicles that fit our needs, and came up with a fair price. Throughout the process James was very patient and created a stress free experience. As good as our car buying experience was, James has followed up after the sale and offered to answer any questions we may have. Something you don't find very often with car salespeople. We would highly recommend the AutoNation Jeep dealership and especially James Benway.

Brought several things out to show me until we found something that checked all my the boxes. Would have given Customer Service 5 stars, but finance manager wasn?t very personable, almost rude when I asked a question.

My experience started when I saw the truck listing in cars.com. It was a Saturday night and I left my information via eprice request. Monday morning I received a call from Rich Womack the car advisor. He introduced himself and advised truck was available. After discussing the truck I told Rich that I would call back in a few minutes. I did and in a hour or so I purchased the truck. It was a pleasure buying from Rich as there was never any pressure and I was comfortable. Picked up the truck and another pleasurable experience. Classic just gained a new family for cars! Thanks to Bri and the service team. Took us right away with our Dodge Hornet even tho we left and within the hour the service engine light came back on. I called Bro right away and she reassured me to bring it back tomorrow and they will look at it and make sure they get to the problem. We love our hornets and we know it’s going to have its issues. It’s the first Gen of hornets. But other than that they made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Thanks again
