Excellent family vehicle! The third row still provided enough storage room in the back for groceries. You can lay it down and it has a significant amount of more storage room. Very comfortable and smooth ride!

I always had a good experience with the service dept but today I was being taken advantage of. My 2018 Jeep Compass has only 30,000 miles and I was told by the advisor that it needs overall service and price would be $800 . I showed him the schedule that I was emailed and it was like $250 so I told him to just give me my free maintenance service that I usually get. I even showed him the pdf email. Also I brought my car in at 7:30 am on the line and he said that it should be ready by 9:30 and will call me. He never called so I just called service at 1 and it is ready. Next time I come for service and an advisor takes advantage I will ask for the Manager. I have friends that are retired from sales and service dept and I asked them and they said the advisor definitely was taking advantage of me; that there is no way 30,000 miles needs all that.

I just purchased up a late model Pacifica. The transaction was professionally handled. There were no surprises. A hat tip to our salesman Julian and Ken in service, both customer focused. My experience overall wasn’t too bad. The warranty company took days to approve my repairs why I don’t know, but when the Warranty company Finally approved my repairs Anthony took my car and made sure that I got it back The same day in a timely matter, which was greatly appreciated

The experience originally was horrible. I scheduled a recall and when i arrived, the parts department was never notified. a waste of time. Kier fixed it, expedited obtaining the parts, and repaired in record time. He was phenomenal. all the others not so much
