We were very happy with the outside and interior colors as well as pinstripping that we recieved as well ! The contrats were seemless and everthing was done with the insurance company and DMV for us. Due to my wifes bad knees Sales Rep Sid helped find on the internet automatic iluminated side boards that automatically extend out so as it is easier to step into the high jeep and then when you close the door these side boards automatically tuck themselves under the car. Ed the manager helped get some money back on these automatic side boards due to my wifes diability ! Again it was seemless everything went well! We have been doing business with East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Eagle dealer for the last 25 years where everyone in my family has purchased a Jeep as well as my son Jeffrey who purchased a Dodge Ram SRXcharger which my son still has after 9 years and is in perfect working order. I have taken my truck their in the past and have always received great service. I was having an issue with my truck when I bought it new and I went to AutoNation in North Richland Hills I didn?t buy from them but they took care of it anyway. I had previously taken it to grapevine dodge and they didn?t fix the issue I was having basically told me they could do nothing and gave my truck back I will never take any vehicle I own their again. When I first took my truck to autonation Matthew helped me and he has gone above and beyond any customer service representative I have ever dealt with. So when I started having issues with my radio I went back and once again dealt with Matthew and once again he provided excellent customer service.
