Chris Hamilton was my sales guy and he was awesome. I live in Connecticut and found exactly what I was looking for at Klaben in Kent, Ohio. Chris FaceTimed me to show me more of the RAM 1500 I bought. He answered any questions I had and since I wasn’t familiar with buying a vehicle out of state and I was nervous something would go wrong after driving 8 hours i had a lot of questions. No gimmicky switch ups or "let me talk to the manager" run around. Absolute pleasure dealing with all the staff, Dan, Randy & Ben all worked hard, I couldn't compliment their crew enough! They're 90 minutes from me, and I am guessing there's a dozen+ Jeep dealers in Metro Pittsburgh within 30 minutes of me, none of them are even close to the value I get from Daystar (price or piece of mind). The other dealers might as well be 30 hours from me.

Great experience overall. I took my car in for repairs and while the cost was more than I had anticipated, Susan helped w/ applying for a cc. It certainly made it feel less stressful. Her knowledge and willingness to help went a long way!

The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more!
