I?ll start with this; your lack of research of a vehicle, understanding that you don?t walk out with a car whether it?s cash or financed the exact ?sticker price? because there are fees and taxes to be added, ignorantly believing just because you said you wanted to see it doesn?t mean the dealership is gonna hold it for you and then get mad that they did what they?re there to do and sold it, is no one?s issue but your own. So stop leaving nasty reviews about a dealership and take it up with the manufacturer or even better, YOURSELF. That being said, this dealership has been nothing short of excellent. They responded promptly, accepted a reasonable cash offer and had it on hold with a deposit within a days time until the cash could be wired. Edwin Seymour and his crew were extremely professional throughout. Ended up having to drive 6 hours to pick it up from Alabama but as soon as I got there the car was clean and fueled up. I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude at Fitzgerald Countryside Jeep last weekend and had a great experience. My sales guy Pete Lopez was low pressure and accommodating. I didn't have time to complete the transaction on Saturday so he got everything set up for me to come back on Sunday and make the purchase. Problem was when I left on Saturday they didn't have a vehicle with the exact combination of features that I wanted. Pete worked late Saturday night and emailed me links to Cherokees that fit my requirements. At 8:30pm he finally located the one that I wanted. On Sunday I went in and the car was ready for a test drive. The finance manager Joe Nicolosi worked out a great financing offer for me and I bought the car. Jim Gass and Sean the finance manager were by far the best individuals I have ever worked with in regards to a new vehicle purchase. My experience with JEEP New Port Richey was excellent throughout. Highly professional, very good communication very personable staff. The only difficulty with the experience was the delayed manufacturing and delivery time of the vehicle. This took about six months. The dealership was helpful and communicative throughout this delay and I am very appreciative of their service. Other than that, everything was great.
