New and used 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L for sale near Park City, IL

We were thinking about purchasing a used vehicle we found online. The salesman who helped us, Zak Ullrich was very nice and personable. Zak took the time to explain the differences in warranties when purchasing used vs. new. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars they sell but about cars in general. We finally decided on a new Durango and were there after the dealership closed for the night. Throughout it all Zak stayed with us through the whole process. We could not have asked for a better salesman - Thank you Zak!

Was a bit nervous that this vehicle would not be big enough for our family, but it has worked perfectly…plenty of room for all of us and our dog!

We have had two great experiences with Marino CJD. We purchased a Chrysler Pacifica last summer and the team was extremely accommodating throughout the process. I just returned to the dealership for a service issue and was extremely impressed with how helpful and kind their service team was - we were working with Alex. I had my two (crazy) toddlers with me, and we had to stay longer than I expected. As a result, the team went above and beyond to help me manage my toddlers while also discussing the car service piece. I so appreciate the excellent customer service and for making us feel at home. I made a 1 star Review BY ACCIDENT. I was under the assumption that was making the review for the Napleton's Arlington Heights. I have been trying to delete my previous reviews but couldn't. Please let me know if there is a way to delete it. Your dealership is one of the best in the area... for prices and staff. I worked with Tyson and he was really helpful with everything. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee through Wickstrom Auto Group, working with Eric Jensen, six years ago. That proved to be an excellent experience. So when I was recently in the market for a new vehicle my first stop was back to Wickstrom Auto Group and was thrilled to learn I would once again be working with Eric Jensen. Eric patiently guided me through the education process, a test drive, and the financial arrangements to purchase a Jeep Wagoneer, then a Lincoln Aviator, and finally the Grand Cherokee Summit which I ultimately purchased. Throughout this recent purchase, I found Eric Jensen to be the same friendly, knowledgeable, and totally professional sales consultant I had experienced working with six years earlier. The entire start to final delivery process working with Eric and the Wickstrom Auto Group Team was simple, efficient, and totally stress-free. In short, an outstanding overall experience. An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. For one this made the part I dread the absolute most, an absolute breeze. In addition, I absolutely loved how there wasn’t any pressure to make the purchase or not. It was as if I was buying a car from family! I highly recommend this dealership and will be going here moving forward for future cars!

Although I ultimately did not buy a car from this dealership, I was thankful for their assistance during my shopping process.
