Wanted to leave a review of my experience which I rarely do, but I was impressed by the time/respce my salesman gave to me. My son’s car engine blew up on the way to college. I’ve been looking for a “new” used car for him. Stopped in the dealership and spoke with Kyle. He was great. He listened to what I was looking for and looked for product in my range but also, knowing this car has to get through college and beyond, he took some time to provide some additional options that I did not think of. He was professional but not pushy which I appreciated. I listed the Ford Fusion as that is what my son was driving but we looked at several brands and the pros/cons. He did not make me feel “dumb” as a single woman looking for a car. I will be back to purchase once I get my finances/insurance in place. I appreciated being treated with respect and all of the options I was given. Great dealership - would recommend Performance and Kyle! I’ll be back! :)

Sean was very helpful. I contacted them about a car before I went there. Sean test drove the car and shot a personal video for me to see the car. He was friendly in person and helped with the test drive. I ended up not buying the car, but Sean was still friendly as we parted. Good selection of quality cars. Will consider them for future car purchases.

Dan Cummins is my new favorite place to purchase a vehicle! I made a 2 hour drive just to get there and passed by several dealerships along the way who could not meet my needs. I had amazing experience with Sandra. She’s a great salesman. She doesn’t try to throw you all these pictures. She shoots it to you straight. I came out with a 2025 gladiator very excited about it and I’m thankful that she was my salesman.

We had a great experience working with your sales person Gabe. He was courteous and very friendly. He really helped us find the preowned vehicle for the cost and mileage we were looking for. If we had a question that he did not have the answer for, he was able to find an answer. If we need a vehicle in the future we would visit this dealership again.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Didn't visit dealership, but received info about a 2016 Nissan Frontier. Next time I checked on vehicle was told not available anymore. I was very interested in that vehicle, but was having trouble finding time to visit because it was a good hour from me. Would still be interested in it if still available, before they would take it to auction if still at dealership.

Bruce was our sales person. He was always available for my questions, skipped his lunch to help me on my time, professional courteous, and personable.

Just bought a Grand Cherokee L from Byers CJDR. Steven Black did a nice job of showing us the car and it’s features, focusing on us and the car without repeatedly asking us if we were going to buy it today. Richard Jackson was equally pleasant to work with in the Finance Department. I felt like they were helping me rather than “selling” me. This is my third purchase from three different Byers dealerships in the last 10 years. Every experience has been really good, though this purchase was especially good. About 2 hours from handshake to handshake.
