Excellent family vehicle! The third row still provided enough storage room in the back for groceries. You can lay it down and it has a significant amount of more storage room. Very comfortable and smooth ride!

I just had a 35K oil change and service at Einsphar Motors. During the service they reviewed the system for codes and installed an update on the rear facing camera. The image is now clearer and their is a new guide line in reverse. I am highly likely to continue to use a certified dealership for my routine maintenance and service.

Classic just gained a new family for cars! Thanks to Bri and the service team. Took us right away with our Dodge Hornet even tho we left and within the hour the service engine light came back on. I called Bro right away and she reassured me to bring it back tomorrow and they will look at it and make sure they get to the problem. We love our hornets and we know it’s going to have its issues. It’s the first Gen of hornets. But other than that they made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Thanks again

I can’t say enough good about shults of warren from Sean Ellsworth, Troy Berg, James Beach and Adam Dorsey in service. They got us out of a lease we were over on miles and into a better higher mile lease. They try to get into a car and get the sale. I was raised in a small used car lot and , auto repair shop, body shop. I absolutely didn’t like dealing with dealers but Shults of Warren is Different

The dealership represents outstanding customer service as my personal experience dealt with several employees, but the most outstanding individual was Annamarie Sandoval-Friedenstein. Her professionalism was above and beyond any expectations. Although my special order took 6 month for delivery, she kept me informed of the status on a regular basis. That was unexpected and pleasant.

My experience started when I saw the truck listing in cars.com. It was a Saturday night and I left my information via eprice request. Monday morning I received a call from Rich Womack the car advisor. He introduced himself and advised truck was available. After discussing the truck I told Rich that I would call back in a few minutes. I did and in a hour or so I purchased the truck. It was a pleasure buying from Rich as there was never any pressure and I was comfortable. Picked up the truck and another pleasurable experience. Wanted to leave a review of my experience which I rarely do, but I was impressed by the time/respce my salesman gave to me. My son’s car engine blew up on the way to college. I’ve been looking for a “new” used car for him. Stopped in the dealership and spoke with Kyle. He was great. He listened to what I was looking for and looked for product in my range but also, knowing this car has to get through college and beyond, he took some time to provide some additional options that I did not think of. He was professional but not pushy which I appreciated. I listed the Ford Fusion as that is what my son was driving but we looked at several brands and the pros/cons. He did not make me feel “dumb” as a single woman looking for a car. I will be back to purchase once I get my finances/insurance in place. I appreciated being treated with respect and all of the options I was given. Great dealership - would recommend Performance and Kyle! I’ll be back! :)

We had a great experience working with your sales person Gabe. He was courteous and very friendly. He really helped us find the preowned vehicle for the cost and mileage we were looking for. If we had a question that he did not have the answer for, he was able to find an answer. If we need a vehicle in the future we would visit this dealership again.

Had oil change and tire rotation. Excellent. Was completed in less than an hour. Had minor repair to rear tail light. They did not charge me for this.

Service is very good job service place need and clean thank you I willing to come back for service
