The finance manager was very easy to work with as well and explained all of the warranty options I had available to me without making me feel overly pressured. There were a few minor items that needed to be addressed on the truck after taking delivery. The GM Eric personally took the time to ensure me they would be addressed and handled appropriately. He didn’t try and scam me out of anything I didn’t need and was very gentle and caring when it came to how I felt as a customer.
