Excellent family vehicle! The third row still provided enough storage room in the back for groceries. You can lay it down and it has a significant amount of more storage room. Very comfortable and smooth ride!

I went to CDJR of Utica where I met Jarred Kraszewski. We told him I was interested in a Jeep I saw online. Jarred took a copy of my license and had the vehicle ready to drive in seconds. I've been buying New cars from them since 2016: 2016 Ram, 2018 Demon, 2021 Durango Hellcat, 2023 Durango Hellcat, 2023 Challenger Redeye and 2023 Demon170 and time after time, they consistently show me that they value my business and why I shouldn't go anywhere else. They dont pad the purchases with trumped up fees (zero doc fee), and they genuinely care about their customers. I have bought more cars from this one dealership, than any other, and its because of the PEOPLE. I can get my Dodges from anywhere, BUT I chose to get them from Steve White Motors, because of the great people and fair prices (better than fair, exceptional)! Heck, I even buy my dodge parts from them :) Genuinely love this place, they make it feel WAY less like the typical car dealership and more like visiting friends (who you just happen to buy cars from)!

Both sales persons were busy with customers however, they went out of their way to help me….unfortunately the car sold to another couple while I was there…

Salesman Peyton was great to work with. I didn?t really know what I wanted other than I wanted a truck and my budget. Brought several things out to show me until we found something that checked all my the boxes. Would have given Customer Service 5 stars, but finance manager wasn?t very personable, almost rude when I asked a question.

very good selection.My new renegade had 2600 miles,looked new.Upon inspection at home,underhood, very dirty, underside dirty, nail in the right rear tire.car was not preparared. No jack in the car to remove tire, My floor jack did not fit,jack must be a pinch weld special adapter.Keith in serv dept refused to fix tire unless I signed to pay 30 dollars.I told him I only drove home, the nail is rusted from previous use.He refused to listen, told me to use my floor jack with a 2x4., refused to explain how. I know how to plug a tire,but unable to use my jack.Two hours to plug a tire.MY last visit to the service dept. auto mechanics is my hobby for 50 years. I still like the renegade,good quality, even though no spare and no jack, and no tools.

Had a tire damaged by road hazard. They got the tire, scheduled me right sway, mounted and balanced it and gave me a very fair price. This has been our experience ever since we bought our first Grand Cherokee from them
