You don't necessarily need an appointment for oil change..service writers all ignored me when first came in..not one of them was with a customer either..terrible customer service!

Everyone was nice, friendly and did the oil change in a short period of time. I am happy to trust that the work needed for my vehicle was done with the utmost professionalism. Especially pleased with surprise at the end. Thanks for another good experience. Would recommend this dealership. Eric Jensen went above and beyond when I went into Wickstrom Jeep to purchase a new vehicle. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and he showed me a couple of Jeeps, but they just didn't fit. He then took me to Lincoln and finally Ford where I found something that fit my needs/wants and was also affordable. He was patient and answered all of my questions and was able to find the right vehicle for me. I've been driving it for 5 days and couldn't be happier. He was with me for the entire process and helped me get oriented to the new vehicle and systems that were so different from previous my vehicle. We've bought/leased a number of vehicles from Wickstrom over the years and they never disappoint. In addition to a great sales team their service has also been top notch!

While doing so we were able to take a look at all the cars on the lot and find the right one for me.
