The sales consultant that I worked with, Mr David Smith did an excellent job. Buying process went very well for me. The only part of the whole process that I didn’t believe was right, was that I had explained that I buy my vehicles and was not interested in leasing a vehicle. After asking him for the bottom price on the truck, he sent me a quote that I was sure they could do better on. Did receive another quote a day later that included a lease rebate. That rebate was not mentioned in email which myself and wife reviewed. When contacted that we could work with that price was then informed of the rebate. So it was either come up with the extra money or cancel deal after moving money from other accounts. Deal is done and happy with the vehicle

Excellent family vehicle! The third row still provided enough storage room in the back for groceries. You can lay it down and it has a significant amount of more storage room. Very comfortable and smooth ride!

Jack was the sales person I worked with. He was nice. He answered my questions, allowed me time to make my decision. Followed up to see if there was anything else he could help me with.

He was honest with my trade and I had different options. After thinking it over, and talking with family, I made a decision what choice I wanted , and Tim was very helpful. Brought my Jeep here for a state inspection this week. I had a very good experience. Dan was very courteous and professional. I didn’t feel like they are trying to drum up extra work for my out of warranty Jeep. I will definitely continue to use the service dept. in the future

Lahti's is a great dealer. Sales and service people are very attentive and care about your needs and concerns. For a smaller dealer, they have a great selection of vehicles to look at. Ease of making an appointment for service is.......easy. Mechanics are all very good and will talk to you personally about your Jeep. If you are looking for a new jeep, Lahti's should be on your list.
