Excellent family vehicle! The third row still provided enough storage room in the back for groceries. You can lay it down and it has a significant amount of more storage room. Very comfortable and smooth ride!

We rarely write reviews but felt we should in connection with our recent purchase at AutoNation Jeep in Carlsbad. We worked with James Benway in purchasing a Jeep Wrangler and had a VERY POSITIVE experience. We had not purchased a car for 8 years so a lot with cars had changed. James explained all the features re the Jeep, researched other vehicles that fit our needs, and came up with a fair price. Throughout the process James was very patient and created a stress free experience. As good as our car buying experience was, James has followed up after the sale and offered to answer any questions we may have. Something you don't find very often with car salespeople. We would highly recommend the AutoNation Jeep dealership and especially James Benway.

My daughter just got home from college. I realized her inspection and registration was a month overdue The very next day I stopped into West Herr and spoke with Chris Malone. Chris was able to immediately get me in to have the compass inspected. I have been going to this dealership for over 20 years and always have positive experiences. I can’t say enough good about shults of warren from Sean Ellsworth, Troy Berg, James Beach and Adam Dorsey in service. They got us out of a lease we were over on miles and into a better higher mile lease. They try to get into a car and get the sale. I was raised in a small used car lot and , auto repair shop, body shop. I absolutely didn’t like dealing with dealers but Shults of Warren is Different

Steven with Rairdon RAM Jeep die an exception job getting the issues with my 2013 Ram truck diagnosed and also got me serviced the same day within 2 hours for the price quoted. I went to schedule a future appointment and got the work done on the same day!

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Was a great service experience ?car was in for inspection & got a call about a concern that I didn?t even mention ?they let me know what was wrong & ordered the part ..service will let me know when it comes in and they will fo the repair ?

Fabulous! I had a complicated sale, Amanda and Anna did all the research in advance of my arrival so everything went through easily and quickly. I would highly recommend this pair! Excellent and as usual Cameron was awesome, facility is very clean and comfortable. I?ve now purchased a few vehicles from Cameron and used AutoNation for all service work for all my vehicles.
