I was in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and from the start Ryan Pettit, a sales specialist there, was on top of things. I initially received a personalized video acknowledging that they received my inquiry. I was able to communicate back and forth with questions and Ryan put up with this for about a week and a half. Ryan was very down to earth, not pushy, and very honest about the cars we talked about and I couldn’t appreciate that more. Would I go back and get another car from here? Absolutely. Ryan had so much of the process already completed by the time I got there, which was amazing. It was a super easy experience and it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I had a great experience buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L at Barnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of White Bear Lake. I found the Jeep I wanted online, contacted them and came to look at it. I worked with Nick and he was great to deal with. What I liked about Barnett is that their online list price was legitimate. I had contacted a few other places prior to Barnett and they kept adding on fees for this or that. One place wanted $400 to install a module so your brake light would flash, another said their online price included discounts for being a current lease holder and and first responder so I would need to add a couple thousand dollars to their list price. But Barnett didn't do that, they sold it to me for the price listed and gave me a reasonable trade in offer for my current Jeep. I did pay cash so I can't comment on financing but the paperwork was quick and efficient, overall great experience all around. It feels like an honest environment where they are straight shooters and not trying take advantage of anyone.

Best car purchasing experience, hands down, in my years involving about 16 personal vehicle purchases. From our initial meet out front of the dealership, where Brendan had the car cleaned up and ready for review, to the closing of the deal, Brendan and all the staff were professional, non-aggressive, and knowledgeable. The vibe during our entire visit was relaxed, non-pushy, and actually... fun. Honest interactions and great attention to detail with Brendan resulted in what we felt was a fair deal for everybody. We showed up with our daughter who was buying her first used car, but one would of believed we were there to pick up a new Ram truck, given the focus and attention paid to us. Matthew Fell, Bernard's Ram Business Manager was able to beat our pre-approved interest rate and got us into a better loan. Kind and with relaxed banter, he stepped through the typical "add ons" car dealerships will offer, while patiently explaining each ticket item for our daughter's benefit.
