Excellent family vehicle! The third row still provided enough storage room in the back for groceries. You can lay it down and it has a significant amount of more storage room. Very comfortable and smooth ride!

Classic just gained a new family for cars! Thanks to Bri and the service team. Took us right away with our Dodge Hornet even tho we left and within the hour the service engine light came back on. I called Bro right away and she reassured me to bring it back tomorrow and they will look at it and make sure they get to the problem. We love our hornets and we know it’s going to have its issues. It’s the first Gen of hornets. But other than that they made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Thanks again

Mike Beck and Nolan LaRose were very helpful through the steps of the most recent vehicle I am leasing from Feeny. This is the first time I am driving a vehicle that is not a Chrysler or Dodge, but now a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited. With needing seating for at least 6 to 7 people, the vehicle and its lease was more affordable than my previous Pacificas while offering a 6 passenger 2-2-2 format. I have worked with Mike Beck on my previous lease of a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L series and loaded. Loved it and almost purchased it. Some lucky owner will be very happy as I always take care of, and give good service, to every car I have had.

I don’t know what to say. I got onto the sight not knowing it was not local. I don’t have anything to trade in, so I don’t think this site will work for me.

I went to my local Dodge dealer near Santa Monica, and apparently they were too busy to help. Talking to them, they didn’t seem capable of doing anything other than changing the oil on cars, or selling them way over MSRP. I have been putting off getting my car serviced for a while as I had been dreading the car dealer service ‘experience.’ I need not have worried. I was met at the Ellis service entrance at the time of my appointment by Jerry the manager. It was a great welcome and he was super helpful and positive. He made had sure I knew exactly where to go. I then proceeded to the service desk where I was met by Eder. We d discussed a few things that my car needed and did the paperwork. The service really was amazing and really fast. A few hours later Eder called me and went through the specific list of things that needed doing. He managed to get most of it covered by the warranty, and gave me the choice of what was and what was not essential of the remaining items. He gave me a fair set of options and prices. It was also great to find out that Eder is really knowledgeable, it like I was speaking directly to the mechanic. Throughout the process, the communication by text and phone was really fast and impressive. I seriously wish my local dealer was as good as the guys at Ellis. Fortunately, I am happy to travel to the other side of town to have these guys look after my car. The level of service and the quality of work was exceptional. My wife used to own a Jeep Cherokee that she traded in a few years ago. I searched the internet and found a new 2023 Jeep Cherokee, leftover at this dealership that is over 100 miles away from where I live. I called and worked with Demetrius. He was a great please to work with. When we were close to a deal the manager Jay called me and got me to a price that was in my budget. It was very low pressure and I was happy that I was able to get the deal done over the phone. It only took a little over an hour to do all the paperwork. And the payment ended up being about $10 per month lower. When we were done Demetrius had a bouquet of flower for my wife (nice touch). He walked us through the delivery process and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed with all the staff I encountered with their professionalism and kindness. Definitely would recommend this wonderful family run dealership.
