I really like how fast and efficient they are but some of the work I paid for didn’t get done I went in for a check engine light and a reduced engine problem they couldn’t reproduce the reduced power problem which is understandable cuz it only happened on certain circumstances but turns out I had more than one code for the check engine light they fixed the main one but the fog light circuit high didn’t not get fixed and now I have no fog lights on my jeep the service adviser said they fix them all and I paid to have them all fixed and didn’t get them fixed

Excellent family vehicle! The third row still provided enough storage room in the back for groceries. You can lay it down and it has a significant amount of more storage room. Very comfortable and smooth ride!

I have wanted a Jeep since high school. I have also bought many cars in my life but never have I been taken care of in the way this dealership did. Chris Hamilton was my sales guy and he was awesome. I live in Connecticut and found exactly what I was looking for at Klaben in Kent, Ohio. Chris FaceTimed me to show me more of the RAM 1500 I bought. He answered any questions I had and since I wasn’t familiar with buying a vehicle out of state and I was nervous something would go wrong after driving 8 hours i had a lot of questions.
