He is awesome and I highly recommend him. Yissell Medina also worked with me and did a great job. Last but not least, Jeff Miller in the Finance office was the best I’ve ever dealt with. I was in Texas from Alabama visiting my fianc�e. On Saturday before I need to return to Alabama my check engine light came on. I went to the closest Ram service center and they stated they could not help me until Monday. I then contacted Rockwall DCJR they told me they were very busy, but if I could come in after 12:30 PM they would check to see what they could do. I was met by a service representative who was very pleasant. The representative left for a few mins and returned with a second person who plug into my vehicle I assume to see what the check engine light was. I was advised that it was possibly an update on the system they would update it and see if that would fix it. A couple of hours later I was given my keys and told I was ready to go. I was so pleased with my experience that I told my fianc�e that when I move to Texas and I buy a new Ram I was coming to Rockwall Ram ?.

Fair price on new ram 1500 Sales person was easy to work with One thing that was a nice gesture was they sent a Thank you box with cookies and water cup, We have purchased other new vehicles before most recently a new bmw and only got a thank you card.

I was having an issue with my Jeep Wrangler soft top. Ray Christian went out of his way to insure that my issue was fixed beyond my expectations. He was professional, easy to work with and most of all genuinely caring. What could have been a nightmare was turned into a great service experience thanks to him! Worked with Alonso C. in the used car area. Had previously researched the vehicle I wanted (2018 Chrysler Pacifica) and he made the process easy, non-confrontational, and easy. The title guy and I didn't get off on the right foot, but that's probably I intentionally put in a pause to the buying process and had to leave to get my financing from my credit union. Overall I would buy again from this dealership, and Alonso specifically.
