The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. I visited this dealership yesterday and was introduced to Mr. Ray Torres. He was friendly, professional and courteous. He showed us what vehicles they had that we might be interested in. Getting your car serviced is never fun but it's made better with someone like Joseph Janzen who is upfront about the time it will take and how much it will cost. He's been great in the past about helping me decide what needs to be done and what can wait, and is just an all-around nice person clearly looking out for whoever comes his way.

This is the first time I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Salesperson, Jhonatan Rubio was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. Other employees there at Star Jeep were very friendly and helpful as well, like the finance man. The car handles beautifully and I am very happy with my purchase!
