Just purchased my 2nd Jeep from them. Salesman (Frank) was great. Not too pushy with warranty stuff. Used my credit union for a great rate on financing but dealership said they would have matched it, so shop around for the loan as well as the car itself.

Excellent family vehicle! The third row still provided enough storage room in the back for groceries. You can lay it down and it has a significant amount of more storage room. Very comfortable and smooth ride!

Found my 2020 Ram at Bill Volz thanks to Cars.com. I was able to shop to find the RAM I wanted, focusing on a 3.92 Rear Axle. I was able to view the original window sticker for the car. Sales pitch was low pressure, not loke the other dealers I visited in my hunt. Bill Volz has been around for a long time, suspect they will remain in business for years to come.

Before meeting Shane I was Really nervous about buying a new car. Through out my whole process he answered all my questions was honest and upfront with me and made the experience and enjoyable fun and not scary. Without an appointment, I went to the “Express Lane” first thing in morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it should take about an hour. The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. This was a much better experience than the ones had with another dealership where I purchased my previous jeep
