What a outstanding place for to buy a vehicle. I bought a new 2024 Jeep Gladiator Nighthawk. Took test drive, set down with the sales team. Within 2 hours I was driving my new truck home. Usually at a dealership it's a all day adventure but not at autonation jeep north richland hills.

I was looking for a 3500 diallly diesel. I found one a long way away for the price I wanted to pay. Syversons did not have one on their website. I called Matt Dugsted and within an hour he had located one. He got the truck there and ready for me the next morning. Also matched the price I found. Second vehicle I have bought from Matt.

Service advisor Cameron did an outstanding job! I have had at least 4 Dodge service advisors over the years, and Cameron is by far the best that I've had. He kept me in the loop at every stage. He even tried to help with an extended warranty issue that I had. (Turns out that the 7 year 75k mile warranty that I purchased in 2019 expired in 2023 even though my car has less than 65k miles on it.) I had the water pump, thermostat, and serpentine belt replaced. All of these repairs were done in an exceptional manner. HOWEVER, I was told that I needed to replace both Lower Control Arms and both Tension Struts. I declined to have those repairs done. When I got back home, I took my car to my local mechanic, whom I have been going to for years, to look at the arms and struts. He informed me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with either. I cannot understand why I was told those repairs were needed. The next question asks if I would recommend this dealer to a friend. My answer is yes AS LONG AS you know exactly what repairs are needed. I would recommend this dealership and would strongly recommend that the person asks for Cameron to be their Service Advisor. I cannot sing his praises enough!

Honest and very fair with the outcome and findings. I wasn't pressured into anything that was not needed. I was very pleased with the service.

The service provided at this establishment is very top tier! Ben my salesman, Rayon his manager, Troy one of the finance managers, were absolutely amazing and their communication is immaculate! The team kept in contact with me frequently with updates the entire way through, and I loved how each individual person that assisted me in this process made it personal. I live out of state and purchased a car from Jimmy Britt on account of my personal situation. A close friend I trust HIGHLY recommended them, so I took the chance. They always treat you like an honored guest. They know my vehicles history and any recalls are taken care of while the oil is changed. And a wash is given with every service!
