The dealer was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was able to test drive the car and I was very impressed. I didn’t purchase the vehicle because I received a better offer. It was definitely my second choice. :)

Great maintenance. Rotate tires every 4,000 miles and full synthetic oil changes. Never had any issues with the car. It's in Great shape and super reliable!
I bought my Jeep Liberty used, but in good condition. We have had to some work, (replace the water pump and heater core)but I love it! It's great for driving in the unpredictable Ohio weather. Its comfortable for our family of 3 and a dog. It's the perfect size for us.
I purchased a vehicle from Peter and John and let me tell you something, i wish everything in my life was this easy and painless.
First of all i was treated like a human being from the start. I shopped around looking for a pickup for over a month and saw my share of seedy car salesmen in that time. Everything at Newgenautos was great. All questions answered and nothing left in the air. Peter shows his experience by the way he conducts business. He cares, he actually shows you that he wants to be a good businessman and he succeeds. No hidden fees or anything of that nature. My experience with purchasing a pickup truck from them was the best it could have been. I would recommend them to everyone and say give them a shot and you too will be amazed at the quality of service that can still be had.

The best ever made towable vehicle, and dependable

This is our second Jeep Liberty, we travel from Texas to Canada and tow a vehicle behind our 38 ft motor home. The Liberty 4x4 is easy to set up for towing. I keep my back up camera on to remind me we have a Jeep Liberty behind us! We use it as the family car, tow our 17ft boat, and lay down the passenger seat and back seats and haul 8 ft 2x4's.

I just picked up a 2008 jeep liberty from My Auto for my daughter. After looking for months and coming across lots of disappointments at other places I am so happy we pulled in My Auto Inc. and was greeted by laura a wonderful and helpful person, she showed us few jeeps and my daughter and I chose a low mileage liberty in excellent condition for a very fair price and no extra fees added. After choosing the jeep laura introduced us to the owner Andy and he was very professional and got us 2.34% financing. We couldn't be happier ,they really made my daughters first car purchase a wonderful and easy experience. She is going to recommend all her friends looking for cars to you.Thank you guys.

From start to finish, this was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Andy knows what he's doing for sure! He recommended the bank that we got our financing through, and the paperwork took less than an hour to complete when we picked up the car. There was a small mechanical problem that was fixed immediately, and he couldn't have been nicer or more thorough. Great big thanks to Andy and Laura (I hope I got that right)!

This car definitely fit all of my needs. It is reliable and safe. I got this car when I was 16 and would recommend it to anyone for their 16 year old.
I think it could be fun to drive but seemed to have issues with cornering. I have found out recently about all the recalls which explains it and will be scheduling these shortly. Then I will be ready to give a better review. Next time I will check here before purchasing a vehicle!
Thank you cars.com! Darla
We bought the car used, knew it would need the usual, battery , tires, oil.
So far it has not been a problem past the usual item to take of. Yes we would buy a new one.
I found the website to be very helpful when browsing for a car. However, when i inqiired about the availablity and financing, online, no one ever got back to me. But overall I like the website and I'm planning on buying a car from this dealer.

I absolute love my Jeep. I will never own another Make of a vehicle other than a Jeep. It has been very dependable, and rides and drives very nice. I’ve had to have very little work done to it...and it didn’t break me doing so. I’m very happy with my Jeep, and would recommend it to anyone that drives an SUV.
I had a great experience with Don and Cliff at Auto Expo. I rushed them through their process because I needed a vehicle that wasn’t ready for sale yet immediately that day. They helped get me financed when the bank wouldn’t approve me. They helped set up my insurance at a low rate. When the vehicle needed some TLC (because I rushed the shop) they took it right in and fixed everything I asked and then some. They were very nice and understanding through the whole process. They did right by me and we love our “new“ 2010 Jeep Patriot. We plan on returning this year for a second Jeep from Don and Cliff at Auto Expo. Thank you guys — we Oyster Bay

Tough little car

Car was reliable transportation for 3 years. Great in the snow. Hauled a trailer when needed. A lot of performance for such a little vehicle.
When my husband first went into Generation Kia, it was only because the dealership was so close to his job. We had a worn out Oldsmobile Delta 88 and we desperately needed a new car, but we had never bought a new vehicle before, ever. My husband met David Pigate first, and when he called me and told me he was looking at cars, I didn't expect us to get approved. We didn't have the greatest credit and we had only been in NY for a year. David was very optimistic though. When I got to the dealership and met David I was first struck by how genuinely nice he was. He didn't give off that sleazy used car dealer vibe that we all think of when we think of car dealerships. He was outgoing, sweet, and took a genuine interest in us. He even got our daughter a couple snacks while we were waiting. That was the only thing that sucks about car buying is the waiting, and the waiting, and the hours you spend there. But, we didn't have great credit AND we couldn't do a huge downpayment, so we knew they were working hard to figure things out for us. We ended up with a really nice 2014 Jeep Patriot with payments that we could afford and even afterwards when we were having issues with all of the points we needed to finish registering the car, they let us take the Jeep home on dealer tags so I wouldn't be left without a car. Fast forward a year later to now, and my husband needed to get a second vehicle for work. He wanted a Dodge Ram 1500. At first, he looked at actual Dodge/Chrysler dealerships. He got "pre-approved" with "no money down" by Chrysler Capital and we thought that was pretty great. After talking to one dealership though, he felt pretty good about a truck, but the next day (after they had run inquiries on his credit like TEN times) they never called him back. He was livid. We talked to another Dodge/Chrysler dealership and kind of had the same thing. They didn't have a huge selection of older used Rams (like 2010-2013) and the only one that they did have that we could really afford we couldn't get financed for. Frustrated with everything, my husband was about to give up. I told him (even before we went to the second dealership) that we should call David again. He didn't think they'd have anything for us, but lo and behold they had a couple Rams that were just what my husband was looking for. My husband went and looked at a couple and we really liked one. Talking to David and Ron, we realized that my husband's credit and mine as well had taken a hard hit from the other dealerships who had flooded our credit with over 20 inquiries in less than two days! David and Ron explained how this would look to the banks in trying to get a loan, but they said they would try anyways for us. Again, David worked tirelessly for us. He even came in on his day off to help finalize the paperwork and we were able to get our second vehicle! This dealership is the best. They really do treat you like family. I could go on and on. Honestly, David was and is the best car salesman ever and he ruined it for every other car salesman out there :-D.

Good offroader, useful, cool looking

Bought it used a few years ago. 4WD automatic. Had to get a vehicle to replace a wrecked car. Dealer had this on the lot and was the only thing available that I could afford and wasnt a tin can econocar. It has good storage for tools, sleeping equipment, personal protection devices, etc.. I use it to go to work on the weekends, sleep in it Saturday nights. Enough room to put an air mattress in it to sleep laid out. Front seat folds flat, rear seats fold forward and down. Put mud tires on it and took it offroad a few times, did very well, even surprised me how well a non Wrangler jeep could do. It uses electronic controls to get traction, no lockers or limited slip. If a tire starts to spin, it uses the ABS to brake the spinning wheel so the power goes to the other wheel. It works good, but I installed lockers anyway in case the electronics fail. It needed ball joints in the lower control arms, replaced those while installing a 2 inch spacer lift. Easy to work on, cheap parts, simple designs. Automatic is the only drawback. I hate automatics but none were offered after 2008. Mine jerks and stutters in overdrive, not all the time, but after it gets warmed up, if going up an little incline, it starts bucking. Give it gas and it stops. Im sure its a weak torque convertor clutch or overdrive solenoid. No problems if overdrive is shut off. My only complaint of the Jeep. Mopar auto trans arent known for being very good. This one is the R42 version. Sunroof leaks, common complaint with the 08 up Liberties. I taped mine shut, never use it anyway. Others have reported leaking seams where the roof rack bolts in to, and in the back by the hatch, mine is leak free. Overall, I love my Jeep, even with its few problems. Hasnt stranded me yet, fun offroading, suits my needs very well. Id get another one if this one dies.

BEST car buying experience EVER!!!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping
by Captain Nemo from DealerRater.com
December 3, 2018
4.2 (4743 reviews)
Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I have the Jet Limited Edition with all the bells and whistles and I love it! I have only owned the car for a few weeks, so I don't have a long term assessment, but so far it has exceeded all my expectations. I love driving this vehicle, even in the snow here in Minnesota, the 4x4 & traction control work great.
