I've had my Patriot for about 3 yrs now. I purchased with 82K on it and am up to 98K. The CVT took a bit to get used to as far as being not very quick when accelerating. I'm used to it now and it keeps me from having a lead foot...lol. Otherwise I've had no major problems and it serves it's purpose and is good in the snow.

Just bought a used 2016 Patriot. Ours is the base model: manual transmission, manual doors and windows, etc. It's very roomy and comfortable, and the cruise and climate controls work great. It's a nice all around commuter and family car. Driving it takes me back to a simpler time. This is my first Jeep and I absolutely love it.

I owned another jeep compact suv but it was not 4x4. The patriot is much larger, and more reliable to go on all terrains and feel confident in driving off road or on beach sand. I am happy with my purchase. It looks brand new inside even though it is a 2016 model, it also has a little bit of style and all the upgrades one would want. It is a good reliable car and I hope to enjoy it for many years.

Now in the 2nd year if owning a 2016 Patriot. The vehicle rides well, is comfortable, and has been extremely reliable. It has plenty of room for a small family, and I enjoy the styling.

Greg asks the questions that most salespeople don’t in trying to match you up with a vehicle like “what are your priorities for a car” or “Tell me what you need this car (truck, suv, etc) to do for you”. After that we go into budgets. This is where he sets himself apart from most dealers. They usually hit you up first with how much you are willing to spend. Greg is willing to work with just about any budget and any financial situation as I have experienced over the years and that in these times creates a niche market of reliable cars that don’t break the bank. I have lived within walking distance and nearly 50 miles away and still choose to go with Greg and his team.

Got a 2012 Latitude 4WD with 90k for a steal. A handful of optional packages including sun and sound. I personally love the interior. It gets a bad rep but it's comfy, spacious enough, simplistic, and easy to clean. A handful of minor reliability issues but that's more the previous owners fault than the car. Really the biggest issue comes in the performance. It drives how it looks, like a brick. This is a little harsh as I'd recommend it for city driving, light offroading, and snow driving but it just lacks any spark when it comes to passing and highway driving. Is it an amazing car, no. Is it a good car that gives you everything you'd expect for its value and a little more, yeah.

Went for oil change for my 2019 ram 1500. As usual went flawlessly and quickly. The lounge is comfortable and covid compliant. Just bought used with 56,000 miles on it. Gas mileage was not all that great, so I replace the oxygen sensor myself which cost about $35. The gas mileage rounded right up to about 23 miles per gallon driving stop and go. a great ride, nice interior, go buy one.

I have purchased TWO vehicles from this dealer. First purchase, was easy peezy. In and out but my 2nd vehicle I purchased their gap insurance (major bad idea) because the vehicle was totaled and I had to put in a gap claim. Make a long story short, Smart Auto tried everything they could to NOT pay off my gap claim but the finance lady Debbie wasn't having it. I called her with my concern and she called those folks up and handled this for me. 4 months AFTER the insurance agent paid the claim, Debbie put fire to the gap company's xxx and guess what? My claim will be paid in 5 days. I'm so happy and forever grateful for her because good help is so hard to come buy. I think I'm going to buy another vehicle from them just off this service alone!

10 yrs 142K miles and nothing but pleasure for the money. We bought the 2.4 ltr with the six speed automatic. The two was not and option due to the CVT transmission. Nothing but normal maintenance. Great value at the time and still happy🏁

My previous Toyota Tacoma was a 2009 - SR5 with a manual transmission and 262,000 miles. When I started shopping for a replacement, I wanted to keep the option of a manual transmission. I shopped at two other Toyota dealerships. Golling Toyota was the only dealership with a manual vehicle on their lot. Christina Moore, the salesperson, was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. The final price was the best that I received from all the previous dealerships. I actually love it! I bought it second hand and it runs really well. The car is well isolated, the AC works great. It is very comfy and the gas is not running low as fast as I was expecting to (based on online reviews). So, I am actually positively surprised. It looks great with a retro flair, provides good visibility which speaks for a good design. All in all, for the current price market is a good deal. A straightforward and simple car that works great.

We are still sadly Victimized by the Dealership . The extent of falsehoods and misrepresentations continue to be revealed . The DELIBERATE DAMAGE and Costly Manipulation are appalling to me . I worked for 5 Car Dealerships . We bought what we could afford . Squeaking by on SS Retirement Fixed income we did not have plies of Buying Power . I love the gas mileage. I got 33.5mpg on road trips. Bought August 2015 and still driving it. The a/c has just now started making noises. Think it's the belt.
