We were impressed with RWDC from the first time I emailed them about a truck to the last contact we have had with them! I don't think there are any other places I can say that about the entire experience, including CarMax and an Acura dealership when we bought a new SUV. The email response was very helpful, but not in-your-face and pressuring. They let me "look" on my timeline. My husband and I went in and met with Steve Ashley, who had emailed me information. and LISTENED to what we wanted. I can't tell you how important that was!!! He didn't just try to sell us a truck. He truly heard what we wanted and sold us a truck - within an hour!! That may not seem unusual to you, but it was for us. We had already been to several other places earlier that day looking at trucks and had been looking online and other resources pretty intensely for a week. After Steve sold us on the truck, we still had the trade and financing to go. That's where the hassle usually begins. Not here though. It was awesome. Everything was straight forward and they didn't use these methods to try to take advantage of you. Actually, the financing was slightly better than our credit union so we went with it - better rate and easier too!! Then there's the mark-up on the warranty where you can get taken for a ride. We talked about the warranty for a while and understood that it was bumper to bumper and if you purchased another warranty on the vehicle before that one ran out, you could purchase it for about the same price. That was a great deal!! We had never seen a warranty for 150,000 miles/ 7 yrs and then to know we could double it for a few thousand dollars?!??! We were very impressed! Any questions we had, they were very happy to answer, even if it meant going to find someone else who had the answer. This is a top notch dealership! I wish you sold more makes of cars so we could buy any car we wanted from you!!! You should get the "Dealer of the Year" award for your integrity and customer service!! We have also heard the same thing about them from other people since we bought the truck and told them where we got it - including former employees. We just moved to this side of Nashville a few weeks ago and weren't familiar with RWDC previously. We are telling people from where we moved about them though!!!
