My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Wasn't a fan of it. I didn't like the way it drove. The seats are comfortable but it felt like it bounced or rocked when driving it.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I was currently in the market for a new car. i had a 2009 KIA optima that was giving me trouble. I was debating on a SUV or a cross over and let me tell you this jeep renegade is the best cross over to find. I have 4 year old which means i have a big car seat but it fits in the car just fine. My son is tall and he has more then enough leg rove. The car is not to high or low its just right so you dont have to work about jumping up in the car. It can easily fit someone in the car that 6'6 With enough leg room. I'm 5'4 and its a perfect size for me. I didn't want nothing to big so this car was a perfect option. It feels like a big SUV but its not. I rented a jeep Cherokee for a day and it felt like it was the same size of my car from the inside. Im really happy i picked this car. My first jeep and i love it. Its such a mommy car

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

This vehicle is not worth the money. Engine replaced after 2 years, AC doesn’t work after winter (3 years in a row), 4x4 issues, very limited tires available for this vehicle, engine light comes on every other day.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I purchased it new, and have owned it for 2 years. In an era where all cars look the same, it separates itself from the pack! I love its unique styling, and while it’s a 4 cylinder, it’s quite nimble and handles well. From the outside, it looks quite small, but there’s more than ample room inside, with plenty of leg room. The built in Bluetooth allows me to never hold a phone, listen to music on my iPhone, and the Sirius XM makes sure I don’t have to listen to terrestrial radio! Alleged Jeep purists say it’s the fiat Jeep, so it’s the anti Jeep and I love it!!! And yes, I traded my wrangler in for the renegade, and I’m glad I did!

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

I think the interior could be better designed but overall, the way the driver seat and steering wheel can be adjusted is VERY THOUGHTFUL. I just prefer the old school bench seating across the front and the drink holders in front of you and the gear shift on the steering wheel. That middle business takes a lot of spreading legroom away.

My service experience was excellent from the time I drove in to the time I left. The service technician was prompt in writing up the service request and getting the car in as quickly as possible. Couldn't have asked for more.

Hello, This was my first experience with klaben company. I learned of them through Jerry (car pro USA) radio show out off Texas. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area I live about 60 minutes away. I made an inquiry on car pro USA, I got a phone call from sales person Don Jacobs he asked me what I was interested in. I told him 2017 Dodge Ram he told me he will call me right back with some numbers. When he called me back he gave me some unbelievable numbers. I was still hesitant about the whole process so I told him that I would call him back to come in to see the truck some time during the week. So in the mean time I called and e-mailed 5 different other dealerships for the same truck they told me to be Leary of the payment that Don gave me there's no way that the could give me that type of payment or anything close it. so I called Don and told him I'd like to come on in and check it out, and he said, "Great. It'll be up front and ready for you when you get here. so when I got there he introduced me to Antonio Taylor in sales now I'm thinking to myself what's going on here I've been dealing with Don. well guess what.. they all work together to make you feel like you've been old friends forever GREAT team " I can't say enough about Don Jacobs and Antonio Taylor as my sales team. they were outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative xxxxx. Just great, accomodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guys been my buddy for years. And trust me, I'm a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. I love it. When I first test drove it i decided it was the vehicle for me. It may not be my dream vehicle but for now it is the most fitting. My husband did not like it at all and was not happy that I got it however since he first drove it he has actually driven it more than myself and said it's a very nice ride.

I was upside down in a Ford Explorer with 150k miles on it that was starting to show its age so I decided to make an appointment with Jeff Beane to see what we could do. I didn???t expect to leave the dealership driving anything other than my Ford, but somehow drove off the lot with a brand new 2018 Dodge Caravan with 9 miles on it!! Best part is, my payments were identical to what I was paying on my Explorer! I???m not blown away often, but what Mr. Beane and Mr. Klaben were able to do was nothing short of amazing. In talking to Jeff for awhile I learned that to Mr. Klaben it???s more about helping people than it is about making a quick buck. For that I am thankful. The entire process was very smooth and Mr. Beane was especially great with my daughter being there. He gave her coloring books & crayons and allowed her to go through his secret stash of peanut butter crackers. Klaben has just earned a customer for life!

The cruise control doesn’t work all the time. If you go on long trips, it’ll work 85% of the time. The timer on the windshield wiper doesn’t work. There are four settings: 2 work all the time, 1 never works and 1 works some times. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I would not suggest buying at all.

Lived in the area for years and always purchased vehicles elsewhere. Just happened to stop in to look at a used Silverado at the back of the lot. Was greeted by John Sarchione while he was outside moving trucks around in 10* weather. Very politely introduced himself and assured me if there was anything I needed he could get it done within reason. Told him I was looking for a used Z71 being a big Chevy guy. Showed me what was available and took 2 of them for a drive. Then he mentioned that they had a really nice f150 and that I should at least check it out..(I laughed) sure why not I said. Hour later I drove away in my new ecoboost! Unbelievable. Angel was exceptional in getting me the best rate possible and was a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for a vehicle this is the place to go. You will leave happy knowing they helped you every way possible, instead of feeling like you just got raked over the coals.. I am a returning Jeep owner, having owned a wrangler, some Libertys and a Patriot. Renegade is a new product for me, and I was somewhat reticent to try it, but it is a wonderful experience. The vehicle is roomy, drives like a top and is filled with features I love. The safety features alone have saved me insurance money. I love the 9-speed automatic transmission (a huge improvement over the CVTs I’ve owned). Gas mileage is great (I’m getting 25-30). This thing climbs hills like a mountain goat. And the sunroof is easy to operate, and roof panels can even be taken off completely. The dashboard is easy to manage, and very visible, the driver’s seat is adjustable in ways that really help, and the visibility in the vehicle is superb. Bluetooth connections are great, and the backup camera is clear and very helpful. Engineers and builders are to be commened. I look forward to wearing this thing out.

I was told by family my brake light was out on passenger side. Called Jonathon in Brunswick Subaru who quoted me price. No appointment necessary. Since I get oil changed 6 months, he had oil checked for me. The dealer has great hospitality.

I think this is a good Jeep if you are looking to just own one that is supposedly more affordable. However wasn’t a fan of how the transmission shifting felt and just felt like something was off. It was a good car though overall.

We stopped into Cain Toyota with the intent of just checking out the sales on 2017 RAV4 models, as a replacement for my husband's older (second car) 2001 Lincoln LS. It (like he) was starting to show it's age (and he, like I, keep 'em until they die -- and at our age it's a toss up as to what would expire first, the husband or the Lincoln). I should note I had no interest in having (or driving) an SUV for myself; I like my Camry (it's rightsized for me). The Sales Manager greeted us within in a minute or two of entering the Showroom, and shortly thereafter introduced us to one of the Salesman, Sam Warther. Sam proved to be very personable, and more importantly knowledgeable and informative, and made us feel at ease throughout the typical back and forth exploratory discussions. My husband liked Sam right away because they both need and wear hearing aids (and apparently could read each others lips to at least catch the gist of the ensuing conversations). Subsequently the husband decided that if he were to secure an SUV (his preference) the RAV4 was a little smaller than he'd like to have for our annual winter snowbird migrations to Florida. So we test drove a Highlander Limited, which the husband liked quite well (said after being revived with smelling salts from the sticker shock - which really wasn't out of hand considering all the creature comforts that it offered). Earlier on in our conversations with Sam I had noticed had a sharp looking silver Avalon with cream color interior sitting in the Showroom (you know how is with eye-catching 'bling' and all). Long story short, my husband ends up buying the Avalon, and I got to keep my Camry too (no trade in). Haven't quite decided whether Sam's that good a Salesman, or after 53 years of marriage my husband still loves me that much. On the whole, a most enjoyable experience. I note the Service Department has been great to work with as well. No work/maintenance offered or performed that wasn't needed.

This car drives like a much bigger and heavier vehicle especially on the highway. Has been very reliable and so far fully exceeded my expectations.

I had a surprisingly enjoyable experience buying a car from Ganley Volkswagen of Bedford. Darren was a natural conversationalist who made the test drive both stress-free and fun. I knew in advance that I had a strong bias for the Volkswagen; after all I was bregrudingly trading in an 07 GLI only 180K miles young that I was still madly in love with only at my wife???s insistence. I suspect jealousy was high on her list of motives for this. I got the feeling that even if I wasn???t so high on the car he was selling that the experience would have been just as enjoyable. This didn???t seem like much work at all to him, but rather an enjoyable way to spend the day; meeting people, playing with features on new cars, and working in as much non-car related conversation through it as possible. He seemed to be very good at understanding what I was looking for in the car itself. When I grumpily ranted on about the distracting nature of touch-screen controls, he quickly remarked how he would play with that and talk me through; I drive. When I remarked at how I wanted my new car to still load 8 foot 2x4???s during surprise runs to Home Depot, he asked if I had brought one to test. I hadn???t, but he grabbed a measuring tape anyway. These are important things to know! (At 10 feet you have to crack the front window, but it will hold 9 foot boards if you angle them right). After I bought the car, we traded plates from my old car to the new one. My MKV front license plate holder didn???t convert to the MKVII tow hole. He forwarded ahead texts to show possible alternatives for that as well. Again, I didn???t really expect to have that much fun trading in my old car for my new one but it was a joy.

This is the perfect size for Katie (granddaughter). She loves the jeep inside and out. She especially loves the stereo system. The color is just what she wanted.

Smooth car buying process. Minimal time wasted with haggling and upsells. I prefer a no ‘salesperson’ model, but from my experience with other Kia dealers, this one is well above them.

2016 Trailhawk, bought new. The test drive was great. The brakes are tight, and stop you when you want to stop. It handles so well, you can steer it with two fingers. During snow storms, I make my own lane. This thing has yet to get stuck. I recently started Ubering, and its very comfortable for hours of driving. It doesn't speed up as fast from stop, but once it gets going, it buzzes all over the place (I named mine Buzby). Once in awhile I notice the transmission over or under shifts, mostly on steep roads. Overall this Jeep is VERY fun to drive. Had a few software glitches, nothing an update couldn't fix. So far, the only parts replaced have been the radiator fan (defective sensor) and the ignition coil (warranty), as well as a headlight and license plate bulb. Average MPG is 19, but I do a lot of city driving. The interior is roomy, with a good amount of plug holes (one usb and 12v socket on the console, a usb inside the center console, a 12v outlet in the back of the center console, and a 12v socket in the rear bay). I have the moon roof option with electric sunroof. It was difficult to find a place to put my phone mount. A lot of the interior is textured, so suction mounts may be an issue. I've taken it on long vacations, and never worry it's going to break down. It's a really solid quality vehicle. Almost 35,000 miles, and I've loved every minute of it.

When I drive this vehicle it's like I got a new home. I can see all around me. There is so much space in it it's wonderful especially the fold-down seats. And I'm sorry to say I can't keep the mud off of it but it seems to love it LOL!
