Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

Worked with Alonso C. in the used car area. Had previously researched the vehicle I wanted (2018 Chrysler Pacifica) and he made the process easy, non-confrontational, and easy. The title guy and I didn't get off on the right foot, but that's probably I intentionally put in a pause to the buying process and had to leave to get my financing from my credit union. I was in Texas from Alabama visiting my fianc�e. On Saturday before I need to return to Alabama my check engine light came on. I went to the closest Ram service center and they stated they could not help me until Monday. I then contacted Rockwall DCJR they told me they were very busy, but if I could come in after 12:30 PM they would check to see what they could do. I was met by a service representative who was very pleasant. The representative left for a few mins and returned with a second person who plug into my vehicle I assume to see what the check engine light was. I was advised that it was possibly an update on the system they would update it and see if that would fix it. A couple of hours later I was given my keys and told I was ready to go. I was so pleased with my experience that I told my fianc�e that when I move to Texas and I buy a new Ram I was coming to Rockwall Ram ?.
