He truly listened and made sure I had strong options to choose from. Alex Lopez, my sales rep, was fantastic throughout the test drives—informative, patient, and kind. He walked me through each vehicle’s features and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with everything. Once I made my decision, the team made it possible for me to take my new car home right away by kindly returning my rental for me the next day—something I didn’t expect, but deeply appreciated. Nick, the finance manager, was also wonderful. He explained all the paperwork clearly and made the financing process stress-free. Wickstrom Ford really delivers top-tier customer service with a personal touch. Wonderful experience! Brian worked with us to find a car for me within my limited budget. We went through several test drives before we found the perfect fit. Brian was great-straightforward, patient, and pleasant throughout. The financing process was quick and enjoyable. The entire staff was accommodating, friendly, and fun even though the process kept everyone past closing. It's rare to be able to say you had a good time buying a car, but I can honestly say I did. I look forward to working with them again in the future and I highly recommend checking them out for your next car purchase.

We were a little nervous about making a 3 hr road trip to look at a Grand Cherokee but, they were one of the few places that had what we were looking for. Which is unfortunatly the reality today. We spoke with Nathan from the interenet who got us all the information we needed and more. Upon arrival James was our salesman. Truely nice guy who explained things about the vehicle and was wonderful about answering our questions. The whole process was smooth. James kept us informed and things moving along. Everyone we encountered from sales manager, to finance, to store manager were very nice and gracious. The only thing that we did not care for is that when a car is sold the music is CRANKED and COW BELLS are rang. but the killer was the horns from the vehicles within the show room were honked right where we were sitting. I get that your creating a vibe but, come on. Its just one little thing that otherwise was a great experience. Thanks so much James!
