You don't necessarily need an appointment for oil change..service writers all ignored me when first came in..not one of them was with a customer either..terrible customer service!

He truly listened and made sure I had strong options to choose from. Alex Lopez, my sales rep, was fantastic throughout the test drives—informative, patient, and kind. He walked me through each vehicle’s features and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with everything. Once I made my decision, the team made it possible for me to take my new car home right away by kindly returning my rental for me the next day—something I didn’t expect, but deeply appreciated. Nick, the finance manager, was also wonderful. He explained all the paperwork clearly and made the financing process stress-free. I can't say enough about Sherman Dodge and more importantly my sales person Armando Bulnes.
