We were thinking about purchasing a used vehicle we found online. The salesman who helped us, Zak Ullrich was very nice and personable. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). Joe was our sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very patient and guided me into the process of purchasing my first car. This definitely helped me solidly my decision of buying the car with this dealership as he was very attentive and willing to help us. Overall, the process was fairly quick and smooth. Great experience and will definitely recommend to others.

Service at Wickstrom Auto Group was wonderful. Salesman Chris was great and very informative. Went to several dealerships this was definitely top notch.

I would say the experience was fine and the service department was friendly. The showroom was clean and had a good selection of upper end cars. Lines could use a slightly larger waiting room for the number of patrons that show up on a Saturday.

Jayson Fleisner was a joy to work with. He is very down to earth and works very hard to help you in any way he can to make your car buying experience a good one. I would suggest him to anyone looking for a new car.
