Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

We were thinking about purchasing a used vehicle we found online. The salesman who helped us, Zak Ullrich was very nice and personable. Zak took the time to explain the differences in warranties when purchasing used vs. new. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars they sell but about cars in general. We finally decided on a new Durango and were there after the dealership closed for the night. Throughout it all Zak stayed with us through the whole process. We could not have asked for a better salesman - Thank you Zak!

I’ve called different places for jeep information but this place actually truly helped me a lot, he explained everything to me and broke everything down for me considering I don’t know much about cars. Definitely looking forward to coming in with David and potentially buying my first car!!!

We have had two great experiences with Marino CJD. We purchased a Chrysler Pacifica last summer and the team was extremely accommodating throughout the process. Service was great. They got me right in. They were able to do an oil change as well as rotate the tires. I didn't have to wait long.

I made a 1 star Review BY ACCIDENT. I was under the assumption that was making the review for the Napleton's Arlington Heights. I have been trying to delete my previous reviews but couldn't. Please let me know if there is a way to delete it. Your dealership is one of the best in the area... for prices and staff. I worked with Tyson and he was really helpful with everything. Joe was our sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very patient and guided me into the process of purchasing my first car. This definitely helped me solidly my decision of buying the car with this dealership as he was very attentive and willing to help us. Overall, the process was fairly quick and smooth. Great experience and will definitely recommend to others.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. I have spent my entire life in and around the auto industry and these guys are the only dealer I buy from outside of my own. Dempsey isn't your typical car dealer, and the experience is far more laid back. If you are looking for Unique cars at fair prices, make this place your destination.
