The services on my car were detailed and transparent. The speed of service was solid. The work was done professionally too. Service Department treats me very well too, very friendly group of folks!

Notes on the multi point stated my vehicle needed a lot of service, but none were explained. The receipt mentioned the rear differential but also not explained.

Came into Rick Case dodge because my husband inquired about a vehicle he saw online . When we had an appointment with Tee . She greeted us with a big smile and asked us how she can help. Took in to fix light coming on re: Anti-lock brakes and Traction control. Didn't realize it was still under warranty, but was informed it was. They also identified a problem with the battery and replaced it under warranty as well. Parts were not in stock, so I was given a loaner at no charge. Also had some 30,000 mile maintenance done on the car. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Of all my years as LM transportation manager I?ve had tons of contacts with many dealerships/ professionally and privately. In all my years Jeremie Trout is as customer oriented as anyone I?ve ever delt with. Seriously he should be recognized for his outstanding job. If I was still managing I would hire this young man in a minute, because of his attitude and commitment. I seriously hope that this dealership doesn?t let someone steal this guy from them. Because an unappreciated employee will leave for another opportunity. I?m just saying I really hope that is not the case. And just know I have no affiliation with gentlemen whatsoever, and never met him until my visit.

Tyler did an excellent job at showing is the Grand Wagoneer and helping us decide which model and place a custom order. He kept us informed on every status update from Jeep during the manufacturing and delivery process. His whole team from test driving to vehicle delivere were friendly and top notch.

Stephen and the managers were very helpful to me and my family. We drove 2 hours and caught them right before closing and were given the upmost attention.
