I?ll start with this; your lack of research of a vehicle, understanding that you don?t walk out with a car whether it?s cash or financed the exact ?sticker price? because there are fees and taxes to be added, ignorantly believing just because you said you wanted to see it doesn?t mean the dealership is gonna hold it for you and then get mad that they did what they?re there to do and sold it, is no one?s issue but your own. So stop leaving nasty reviews about a dealership and take it up with the manufacturer or even better, YOURSELF. That being said, this dealership has been nothing short of excellent. They responded promptly, accepted a reasonable cash offer and had it on hold with a deposit within a days time until the cash could be wired. Edwin Seymour and his crew were extremely professional throughout. Ended up having to drive 6 hours to pick it up from Alabama but as soon as I got there the car was clean and fueled up. I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude at Fitzgerald Countryside Jeep last weekend and had a great experience. My sales guy Pete Lopez was low pressure and accommodating. I didn't have time to complete the transaction on Saturday so he got everything set up for me to come back on Sunday and make the purchase. Problem was when I left on Saturday they didn't have a vehicle with the exact combination of features that I wanted. Pete worked late Saturday night and emailed me links to Cherokees that fit my requirements. At 8:30pm he finally located the one that I wanted. On Sunday I went in and the car was ready for a test drive. The finance manager Joe Nicolosi worked out a great financing offer for me and I bought the car. Everyone loves the car and I offered to drive coworkers to lunch all week to show off. Thanks Pete & Joe for a job well done.

very good selection.My new renegade had 2600 miles,looked new.Upon inspection at home,underhood, very dirty, underside dirty, nail in the right rear tire.car was not preparared. No jack in the car to remove tire, My floor jack did not fit,jack must be a pinch weld special adapter.Keith in serv dept refused to fix tire unless I signed to pay 30 dollars.I told him I only drove home, the nail is rusted from previous use.He refused to listen, told me to use my floor jack with a 2x4., refused to explain how. I know how to plug a tire,but unable to use my jack.Two hours to plug a tire.MY last visit to the service dept. auto mechanics is my hobby for 50 years. I still like the renegade,good quality, even though no spare and no jack, and no tools.
