Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

All in all this was a very pleasant car buying experience. Tom Dempsey, the owner of the dealership, personally found me the car I was looking for at the price I could afford. Elijah then took over and did an amazing job showing us how to operate all of the electronic features this car has. He was extremely professional and patient and he walked us through everything. I purchased a used car from Sierra Mazda sight unseen, a six-hour drive from my home. I described my trade-in and they provided me a valuation contingent on it passing their inspection. I was worried that after I'd invested the time of the drive that the dealership would take advantage of its sunk-cost-customer and make amendments to the verbally agreed upon deal. E.g., "your trade-in is less pristine than we accounted for and we'll need to de-value your trade-in." To my delight and surprise, this did not happen. Robert (salesman) and Annie (paperwork specialist) processed the trade-in and purchase with utmost integrity and efficiency, getting me in and out of the dealership, on the road again back home, within an hour. I was so very pleasantly surprised to find a car dealership that was true to its word and not out to squeeze every last dollar from a vulnerable customer. I heartily recommend them for their demonstrated business ethic.

I had driven 7 Jeep’s between NH and MA at 7 dealerships. Aristedes was the only person that really knew the Jeep; he was the only one to point out there are radio controls on the backside of the steering wheel. Aristedes no pressure knowledge about the vehicle approach makes him the best car shopping experience ever. When I heard Poulin was being Key I called looking to find out if I was going to want this new dealership...there were three things I wanted to know...is Aristedes still there? Cuz my car salesperson is more like a friend and I can still call and ask him anything. Is Jeremy there? Cuz when you can actually look forward to talking to your service guy he is something special. Do I still have Jill? My powerhouse technician that makes tossing my wheels around look easy (trust me the guys will tell you it’s not) and meticulous attention to detail makes my the customer side of getting your car serviced simple. I am 45 minutes away from them and I always take my Jeep back because I don’t want to deal with anyone else.
