He had the car ready for me up front at the time we discussed, answered all my questions, and was very polite. Negotiating was painless and fast. York even filled my gas tank for me since I came from phoenix area to see (and eventually buy) the car. Very happy with the experience and would recommend them to anyone wanting a new/used car!
