I'm writing this review because my buying experience at Helfman Alfa Romero and Maserati was the best car buying experience I've ever had my in my life. John and JJ treated me like I was family from the minute I walked on the lot. And Cameron in financing worked miracles to get me the lowest interest rate possible. My entire buying experience was absolutely amazing. I highly suggest if you're looking for a new Dodge, Jeep, Alfa Romeo or Maserati that you stop by Helfman first. This dealership is by far the best in Houston Texas and you will no longer want to buy a car anywhere else. This is going to be my dealership for the rest of my life.

I've been buying New cars from them since 2016: 2016 Ram, 2018 Demon, 2021 Durango Hellcat, 2023 Durango Hellcat, 2023 Challenger Redeye and 2023 Demon170 and time after time, they consistently show me that they value my business and why I shouldn't go anywhere else. Up front pricing, easy to deal with staff, even the leadership team is happy to field my questions/calls. They dont pad the purchases with trumped up fees (zero doc fee), and they genuinely care about their customers. I have bought more cars from this one dealership, than any other, and its because of the PEOPLE. I can get my Dodges from anywhere, BUT I chose to get them from Steve White Motors, because of the great people and fair prices (better than fair, exceptional)! Heck, I even buy my dodge parts from them :) Genuinely love this place, they make it feel WAY less like the typical car dealership and more like visiting friends (who you just happen to buy cars from)!

We've had a great experience with Key Auto Mall GMC purchasing our new 2025 Acadia. Brian MacGee was wonderful to work with along with General Manager Theron Maring and all the other great staff. Brian especially has spent a lot of time going over all we need to know about how this car works and has several times answered more questions since we purchased the car a week ago. He helped us purchase new cargo mats and get the protective coatings on the car, inside and out. Brian has been professional, friendly, and so helpful to us. I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. If you buy cars from this dealership THEY LOOK AFTER YOU. Genuine customer.
