Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

Have taken several vehicles to BCP for service, They have always been friendly and taken time to understand my concerns. They seem very busy , but have always listened to my issues, some places put "you" on hold while they answer a call. I like the personal attention while there. We wanted a 2018 MKC because I like the front better than the new 2019 grill. We wanted the Reserve with the Technology package. I really like dynamic cruis control for traveling up the one lane road up toward Philly. There were none in there stock and Brian found one in Chesapeake which fit our bill. He arranged for it to be transported to Kindle so we could see it in person. We liked the the MKC the red color really pops. We worked out the final deal which included a trade. Kindle gave us a fair number and we closed the deal. We have had the car about a week and enjoy its comfort and ride, which is adjustable.

We had a problem after buying it but Jon in sales made sure the issue was fix in a timely manner and gave us a loaner car to drive while the vehicle was in service. My wife used to own a Jeep Cherokee that she traded in a few years ago. I searched the internet and found a new 2023 Jeep Cherokee, leftover at this dealership that is over 100 miles away from where I live. I called and worked with Demetrius. He was a great please to work with. When we were close to a deal the manager Jay called me and got me to a price that was in my budget. It was very low pressure and I was happy that I was able to get the deal done over the phone. It only took a little over an hour to do all the paperwork. And the payment ended up being about $10 per month lower. When we were done Demetrius had a bouquet of flower for my wife (nice touch). He walked us through the delivery process and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed with all the staff I encountered with their professionalism and kindness. Definitely would recommend this wonderful family run dealership.

Had been hunting for a Ram for a while and used cars.com and found my perfect truck at Kindle. Sales person (Blake) was outstanding. No pressure just made a great deal.
