So my name is Dan, and I live ion Cape Cod MA I was looking for specific type of vehicle, which is a ram 1500 Longhorn Laramie edition. Replacing the one I have. Car gurus when you’re doing a search looks everywhere. Including Ohio. I was sent an email from the Internet manager Julia W and then called by a sales person. Brennan went out of his way to get me the details I needed in order for me to make a trip to Ohio and purchase a truck and then drive it home. In the meantime, I found a truck one state away, rather than seven states away, and I made a decision to purchase in Connecticut. I’m writing this review because Brennen and Julia his manager had a clear customer forward focus. They sent me photos of the truck on a lift for me to look for rust… As well as some detail photos for the paint and interior /- . can’t say enough good things About this dealership. After visiting 2 other dealerships, we decided to check out some used Jeep's in North Olmsted and we were pleased with the entire experience. We were greeted immediately and professionally upon arriving. Our salesman, Mark, walked us right out to the Jeep we were there to check out and explained all the features, how they were certified, etc. The Jeep was even better than we imagined and we regretted wasting our time at other dealerships prior to coming to North Olmsted. When we are in the market for another vehicle we'd definitely go back.
