Service advisor Cameron did an outstanding job! I have had at least 4 Dodge service advisors over the years, and Cameron is by far the best that I've had. He kept me in the loop at every stage. He even tried to help with an extended warranty issue that I had. (Turns out that the 7 year 75k mile warranty that I purchased in 2019 expired in 2023 even though my car has less than 65k miles on it.) I had the water pump, thermostat, and serpentine belt replaced. All of these repairs were done in an exceptional manner. HOWEVER, I was told that I needed to replace both Lower Control Arms and both Tension Struts. I declined to have those repairs done. When I got back home, I took my car to my local mechanic, whom I have been going to for years, to look at the arms and struts. He informed me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with either. I cannot understand why I was told those repairs were needed. The next question asks if I would recommend this dealer to a friend. My answer is yes AS LONG AS you know exactly what repairs are needed. I would recommend this dealership and would strongly recommend that the person asks for Cameron to be their Service Advisor. I cannot sing his praises enough!

This is our second purchase from #1 Cochran! We love the ease of shopping, the no hassle obligations to purchase any extras if not wanted. The staff are friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel like you are their only customer. They had a ll the paperwork ready when we arrived to sign. They even noticed a dirty spot on the windshield and took it back in to be cleaned. That may seem small, but it shows they notice details!

I've purchased many many new cars and I know what I expect out of a dealership and a sales person. And I am familiar with how to achieve and what is a fair deal. I was very very satisfied dealing with Marissa and this dealership. I've got a new Grand Cherokee Limited in my driveway and I know I've gotten a good deal on it. Good job Marissa. I had recently taken my ram truck in for an oil change, and it's good to know that I can rely on the technicians that work on my vehicle along with any new updates or factory modifications that need to be made,that Dellen has the qualified technicians to do the job. And that I can just go in and have a cup of coffee, and wander around looking at new vehicles chatting with people I have known for years. I really like the new dealership building, it's very wide open and bright inside. Excellent customer service waiting area, with coffee and snacks, sodas and water available.

My husband went into the dealership this afternoon and worked with a member of the sales team named Victor. He was able to work with our credit and our trade in to get us into a reliable vehicle that we could afford. He was thorough and efficient and we were well taken care of.
